Rating Details: I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was more than happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had two 13 yr olds and two 14 yr olds. The kids were on a every two hour check in by phone and 5:30pm in the condo in person. This is unit is perfect. With the wrap around balcony, the view is AWESOME! You can see the sun rise looking out the east balcony and watch the sun set looking out the west balcony. We stayed during Ironman Florida and my family was able to watch the swimmers at The Boardwalk. They were able to go down the elevator and walk about 100 yards to Thomas Drive and watch the bike portion of the race. The unit is high enough so the road traffic is nonexistent. Parking on the same floor made unloading and loading a breeze. A++ unit!Recommended for: Families with young children.

We stayed here and absolutely loved it! The condo was very clean and well maintained. Both king beds were comfy along with the bunks. The half bath was so handy as well! We will definitely be staying here again! Everything we needed was here! This condo is perfect for walking to grab a bite to eat at Pineapple Willies,Waffle House, KFC and McDonalds. It is also very close to Wal-Mart which was perfect for getting groceries and last minute beach supplies. The pool was awesome.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, people with disabilities, families with young children, romantic getaway.
