2nd Floor Duplex 1 block away from the Wildwood Boardwalk and beach - Wildwood, NJ - New Jersey Rental Lodging Come rent this two-bedroom, cute, cozy, second-floor duplex. The beach and boardwalk is only about 210 steps away. Park your car and forget it. You are within walking distance to restaurants, deli, church, and Wildwood's famous boardwalk. Restaurants, bicyle rentals, churches, as well as grocery/deli are all within walking distance of the house. FAMILES ONLY. NO PETS. This second floor duplex has two bedrooms with a full size bed in each. There is an efficiency kitchen and livingroom with a TV and a VCR. Linens NOT included. Cooking Utensils, dishes, microwave, and coffeemaker are provided. Use of the gas grill and picnic table are shared with the downstairs tenants. Each room has a ceiling fan. FAMILES ONLY After a long day on the beach relax with a cold drink on the covered porch. The porch gets the early morning sun and is shaded for the rest of the day. NO SMOKING IN HOUSE Historical Cape May is 15 minutes and Atlantic City is 30 minutes away. If fishing, golfing, or shopping interests you, they are all within a short drive of the island. Wildwood is the host of conventions for many fraternal organizations in June and September. Come and enjoy the festivities.
