  We had a wonderful time in your beautiful home. The sunsets were beautiful from your second floor balcony. The beach was a short walk away on a great stretch of sand. The master bedroom was sensational with a nice walk in closet and large bathroom. The kitchen was very well stocked for cooking. You put a lot of thought into how to accomodate visitors to make them feel at home. Thanks for an awesome stay!

  Loved, loved, loved our stay on this property. Location is great, on a quiet street where the kids could ride bikes and play outside. Riding bikes from the property worked well with children as the streets are not as traveled. Sitting on the upper balcony was lovely in the evening and had a beautiful view of the sunset. The property was well appointed and had everything we needed. It truly felt so comfortable, it was like being at home. My family was little concerned about not being "right on the beach". Well, they are already asking if we can stay there again this year - they loved it that much. We had a range of ages, traveling with two kids age 9 and 6 and father-in-law, age 80. Everyone was really happy with the accommodations.

  Thank you, Thank you, Thank you. We have been coming to south Padre Island for the last 20 years with the family and have stayed at many condos, but you guys have the real deal here!! The house was all we expected and more. The neighborhood is lovely and the people are friendly. Hope to make it back soon.

  We have had a wonderful time in your lovely house! Beautiful art, decorations, ambiance. Great windsurfing. Enjoyed cooking in your well appointed kitchen. The bikes were a bonus. Bird watching was fabulous. Thank You!!!

  Wonderful well equipped, very clean and well maintained private home with all the comforts and amenities one could ever desire. Beautifully situated among private homes with a great view of the bay form the balcony. Enjoyed sitting out in the early morning for coffee and late into the evenings. Lots to do in the area for a family and plenty of room to spread out and have time to oneself within the home. Everything we needed was there. We also enjoyed using the kayaks in the bay. Would definitely recommend this to everyone. Owner was very helpful and responsive to questions.

  Three couples stayed at this home for a 10 day vacation and we an absolutely wonderful time here. We each had different hobbies and interests, but this location made it possible for each of us to enjoy our own activities. Several were windsurfers and to be able to walk such a short walk to the launch area was fantastic. I am an avid fly fisherman and was able to fly fish right where the windsurfers launch (250 feet away) and caught a 5 lb. redfish, which made my whole trip. We all play golf and really enjoyed our rounds at the South Padre Golf Club, a great 18 hole course located on the bay. Some ran on the beach and some rode their bikes, but no matter what activity we were doing, we made it a point to always be back at the house for the sunsets. The house is big and roomy with very furnishings and a fully equiped kitchen, outdoor shower, two car garage and big yard. We all highly recommend this house to anyone looking to have a great vacation at South Padre Island.
