  With this villa, it's all about the view!!! While this is the most compact 1 BR villa in which we've ever stayed, it is by far the best view we've ever had. We spent the month of February here and settled in quite nicely in our home away from home. The ceiling fans work very well, so the villa never felt stuffy to us. And we were able to leave the sliding balcony door open on many of the days. This small space is configured efficiently; we had plenty of storage. The kitchen is very well equipped, which allowed us to prepare many of our meals at the villa. The weather was chillier than we had hoped, but we were fortunate to have many sunny days. We still were able to enjoy our bike rides on the beach and on many of the bike paths. And that stop at Java Joe's for hot chocolate on the way back from our bike rides was enjoyed as well!! The sunshine was on our balcony until early afternoon, and it felt warm enough to have lunch outside on several days. We loved being able to do this!!! The balcony is enclosed on each side which helped break the wind. So we were out there early on most mornings - with our jackets on, along with our coffee - to watch those beautiful sunrises. The online photos accurately depict the villa; the owners were helpful and promptly answered any questions we had as we prepared for the trip. We appreciated that the bikes were included with the villa as well. We have been to Hilton Head numerous times and do have our favorite restaurants - Skull Creek Boathouse, Truffles, Plantation Cafe (for breakfast or lunch, and great brunch menu on Sundays), Giuseppe's (for pizza), Black Marlin, just to name a few. We were able to use the sofa sleeper on one night, since we had friends who stayed with us while en route to Florida. I mention this because we wondered if four adults would survive (!) in such a small space. But we made it just fine, and they even commented that the sofa mattress was comfortable. All in all, a great trip and great villa!!!

  John and Barb have done a wonderful job w/ this little condo! My fiance and I stayed there while taking care of some details for our upcoming wedding in Sept. It was perfect and the view was just as pretty in person. We would definitely stay again and recommend it to others.

  We enjoyed our stay in Hilton Head at this villa. The view of the ocean from the unit is spectacular! The villa was well equipped with lots of clean towels, kitchen utensils, two free bikes, air conditioning, etc. The owners were very pleasant to deal with and answered all our questions right away. We would definitely stay at this property again. Thank you for sharing your vacation home with us!

  We had a wonderful time at HHI!! The villa was beautiful, kitchen was well-equiped & view was amazing. We loved being so close to the beach and having a comfortable place to rest, eat & watch the ocean. Our children, ages 6 & 3, thought the bunk beds were the best, and our one year old was sad he couldn't sleep on them too. Owners are responsive and nice to work with.

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, families with young children, girls getaway.

  We have absolutely loved staying here. It is very clean and so nicely decorated. The view is absolutely wonderful. We spent a lot of time on the balcony and saw many dolphins. Having two bikes included was so nice. We used them everyday and enjoyed the exercise as well as the scenic ride. The owners were very helpful and wonderful to work with. We will definitely be back again. Thank you Jack and Rebecca, this vacation was much needed and perfect for our family!

  We are in 369 SeaSide right now and couldn't be more pleased. The owners are great to work with and extremely helpful. The room was very nice and clean and the view from the balcony is incredible! The weather is not cooperative at the moment, but we feel right at home. Much thanks to you Jack and Rebecca!

  My family and I spent our spring break by getting up every morning and looking at the ocean! The decor is excellent. Recently remodeled with beautiful furnishings. The location in regards to shopping and eating is perfect. We rode our bikes everyday to Coligny and relaxed on the beach. A fabulous family vacation get away!
