  We are leaving the apartment tomorrow. I wish we could just live here. A great apartment all around. It's in the perfect location, the apartment is pristine and incredibly modern and the soaking tub ends the day beautifully. There is a market right around the corner and Marc has thought of everything you need in the kitchen. We drove up from WDC, so we had a nice parking spot in back and our car was perfectly safe and easy to maneuver in and out. We will definitely be calling Marc again for our next visit.

  Very nice condo within walking distance to stores etc. Marc was friendly and handled our requests well! First time doing a vacation rental and it felt pretty pain free and I'd do it again. This condo comes highly recommended! :)

  We stayed here last weekend and it was great!!! Marc was very communicative and responsive. BE CAREFUL not to park on the street. You will get a ticket. There is private parking in the back. We parked our car and never used it. The Metro is a short walk (ten blocks) away. There are plenty of shops, bistros, markets, etc... on the main street (one away) Mont Royal. The apartment is VERY clean. The bath is very modern and comfortable. Very good and fast wifi.

  A few friends and myself stayed in this beautiful Apartment during the first week of January 2012. My goal was to find a modern, elegant and affordable place to stay for our Séjour in Montreal; And Marc certainly did an exceptional job in fulfilling our request. The Apartment is located in a chic and quiet neighborhood. All the amenities are just a few steps away. The property itself look amazing, everything is clean and brand new throughout. All 3 bedroom are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. You can manually control the temperature in every room individually. The bathroom is very nice and lot of towels available. There's a fully equipped Kitchen and all kind of utensils have been provided for the best possible cooking experience. Marc is very professional, knowledgeable and understandable. I've been to a few vacation rentals in Montreal, so far this property is on the top of my list. I would definitely recommend this apartment to those looking for a spacious, luxury and affordable place to stay in Montreal. I will be returning soon!!!

  We stayed here for a week with my ten-month-old son and were very pleased. The location is excellent - only fifteen minutes' walk from the nearest metro and offering off-street parking, it is quite easy to get around. Mont Royal also has a number of lovely shops. The condo itself is very tidy and recently renovated. There is a kids' room toward the back, so away from noise. If you bring a toddler play gate and some outlet covers, even very young children do just fine. Highly recommended.

  My mother, best friend and I came to Montreal for a visit and we stayed in Plateau Mont Royal at this beautiful apartment where it was close to everything you needed for a fun and easy going vacation. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to feel at home. I plan on returning to Montreal again next year and I will stay here again. Thank you Marc for making my vacation that much more memorable.

  This condo is newly decorated, clean and soundproof. Owners did not skimp on anything! They were also very accommodating with my arrival time and happy to provide suggestions for places to eat. Condo has all the amenities needed for a very comfortable stay. Super close to the Parc Lafontaine and to trendy restaurants on St-Denis street. Bixi bike docking stations are very close... The condo we stayed in has two bedrooms but has a third bed which was very comfortable. We would go back in a heartbeat! Merci Marc!!!
