    Great location, right on the beach. View from deck was amazing. One complaint only...kitchen requires more light for late prep & clean up of food. Pool area was well kept and served us well for those cooler times at the beach. Never met an unfriendly face. The photos posted are what you really get. Great having your own laundry in the 2nd Guest room. The property was very well maintained and certainly secure. (Without your key you got nowhere) Easy check in and check out.

    Stayed here in Feb 2013. Family of 6.This unit was everything we expected and more. Clean and comfortable,spacious enough for the family. The balcony and view is fantastic. The building is well maintained and secure. The area is close to shopping and restaurants. Dealing with the owner for rental was simple and straightforward. It was a great escape from the weather up north. Would definitely recommend this property. Hopefully we can make it back there again soon!

    We loved Unit 710 at Canaveral Towers, it was clean and had a beautiful view of the beach. We enjoyed our stay very much and look forward to coming back again. The unit was perfect size for our party of 6 people!

    I have been coming to Canaveral for nearly 30 years. First with my parents and now with my own children. Canaveral Towers has been the destination nearly every time. The location and the fact the beach does not allow cars make it a great family spot. This year we chose this condo because of the third bedroom. That extra space makes a huge difference. The new appliances and the renovations are the first thing you notice. The property also has tons of beach gear and towels to make the stay smoother. Having a washer/dryer is a HUGE benefit. We are already looking to set up next year's trip.

    Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

    Very nice condo on the 7th floor with great view of the pool and ocean. Furnishings and appliances in very good condition. Kids had a great time. Beach was great for hanging out and surfing for the kids. Only downside is you need a key to get in and out of pool and complex...but, it keeps any unwelcomes out.

    We have stayed in two of this owner's units and both have been wonderful. The unit is well-equipped with beautiful furniture and lots of beach towels and toys for the kids. The views from this unit are gorgeous, and the private balcony on the master bedroom is very relaxing! The complex is very nice as well, and we enjoyed going back and forth between the beach and pool area.

    Thank you! We loved your location at Canaveral Towers- it was a beautiful condo and the views of the ocean and river were visible from all rooms. The complex was very neat, well maintained and secure. Everyone we met while there was very nice. We really liked your location because it was so easy to walk among the neighborhood plus the beach was right out the door. We were there with my parents and our 2 kids and everyone enjoyed your condo. The 3 bedrooms were ideal for us. The ocean views were spectacular! The few things we noticed were: it would be helpful if there were felt pads on your dining table chairs so they slide better on your tile & have a few extra rolls of toilet paper in the bathroom vanities. There were beach toys + a few life jackets in the condo which was nice. This was a great place to stay and the ocean views were amazing!

    Recommended for: Families with young children, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

    It was wonderful experience, the view is spectacular and we would certainly recommend it to anyone. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a real benefit. The closeness to the beach and to the activities of Cocoa Beach was great while having the quietness of "our" beach. Watching the launch of the US Navy's communication satelite was an added bonus!

    We stayed in this condo for a week and the place is very nice but the owner really let us down. The fridge stopped working and on three seperate occations the owner had us disrupt our vacation plans and wait in the unit for a repair man.Between that and the loss of some things thawing out in the freezer, we never got as much as a thank you from the owner for our trouble.I really expected some kind of compensation for our trouble, perhaps a extra night or two sometime or something ,but nothing!Not even a thank you.

    Owner response: During this guests week-long vacation my GE Fridge (less than two years old), stopped working due to what ended up being a faulty control panel. He called me on my cell phone (which I provide to all guest along with my home number) and right away I contacted our local appliance repair man. I called him first because I knew the guests needed the fridge fixed ASAP and he would be able to respond the fastest. He has worked on appliances in all of our 35 rental units and has always been able to fix the problem. Unfortunately, when he arrived he determined that the broken part was the control panel and that it could only be supplied by GE. Immediately I scheduled an appointment with GE and by speaking with the manager was able to get next day service. The GE technican confirmed to me the next day that he had diagnosed and fixed the problem. Unfortunately later that evening the fridge stopped working again because the technican fixed it incorrectly. I again called the service department and had them send a new technican that same day to re-fix the fridge. The guests comments regarding having to wait in the unit against their will is slightly misleading, as they were only required to be their to let the GE repairman in, and I had confirmed with them a good time before scheduling the repairman. It was unfortunate that my new fridge broke down, but once informed, I acted right away to have the probelm fixed in the quickest manner possible. Unfortunately I could not extend this guests stay due to the fact that the unit was already booked the following week.

    The condo is very nice and beautifully decorated with lots of extras that made it feel like home. We especially loved the corner unit with two separate balconies and spectacular views of the beach. The kitchen was well stocked for the days we decided to eat in. The property is very well maintained and the location is ideal. It is a quiet area but close to attractions, shopping and restaurants. The owner was easy to deal with and very responsive. I would recommend this unit.

    Stayed at this unit in November and had an excellent vacation. Unit was in perfect condition with everything we possibly needed. We absolutly loved the fact that there were two large balconies that both directly faced the Ocean. The owner has spared no expense in remodelling this unit, from the kitchen to the bathrooms. As well, the owner was very accommodating and made the rental process extreamly easy. We contacted him directly with many questions before coming and he was always able to answer our questions and give us guidance. Thanks for the stay. We will be back again next year.

    Condo was a great vacation spot for family including grandkids. Updates to condo were wonderful. Had best view of ocean from balcony. Also had beach equipment and toys available. Pool and beach easy to get to. Also location was more in residential area but close to everything. Would definitely stay here again.

    The condo is really beautiful! The master bedroom has its own private balcony which was one of my favorite places to relax! The location is perfect and the pool and landscaping at Canaveral Towers are gorgeous! I never wanted to leave and I will definitely be back next year!

    We had a wonderful time! We have stayed in a couple different units in Canaveral Towers and this one was by far the best! It had the perfect amount of space and the upgrades were beautiful! I also really appreciate how hassle-free it was to set up the reservation. We were so happy with the unit we only want to stay here when we return to Cape Canaveral.

    We stayed in this condo from May 21- May 28, 2011. The condo was awesome. Very high end and comfortable. The location was perfect. The property owner was spectacular and I would HIGHLY recommend him. It is my understanding he has other rentals as well and I would not hesitate for a minute to recommend family and friends to rent from him.
