This condo is excellent. When I was looking for condos, I wanted a daily view of the pool and the ocean water....PLUS, feel the breeze off of the water while inside.............and I GOT IT here. The condo is located in the perfect area of Destin/Sandestin and the owners have it decorated, updated and clean. Thank you again for a wonderful stay.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with young children.

This place is great. Clean, decorated really cute. They have a shrimp boil on Weds at the pool. We didn't realize it till we had missed it. We will be back!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We just spent 5 nights in this unit at the Tides in Tops'l. The condo was clean, comfortable, and convenient. We had a nice view of the pools and the gulf from the balcony. The unit is on the 2nd floor which made trips back and forth to the pool and beach really easy. Both of the pools were clean and well maintained. My kids had a really nice lunch one day at the poolside grill. The beach was beautiful. Sandestin Resort is a quick walk along the beach to the right and to the left are the beautiful undeveloped beaches of the Topsail State Park. I would highly recommend renting this unit.Recommended for: Families with teenagers.

Great rental unit! We loved the resort at Tops'l and especially it's location. Unit 202 in the Tides building was so clean and comfortable. Our family of 4 had plenty of room to spare.
