  We stayed for two weeks with kids 5 and 7.5 years old and absolutely loved the place! The location is superb, the description is spot-on, the unit is clean and very well kept. The owner and management staff in Indian Shores are extremely nice and accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. You will find everything you need for comfortable stay, including lots of extras (beach umbrellas and chairs and even couple toys for younger kids). Having a washer and dryer in the unit is definitely a bonus convenience. Don't be alarmed by a low price - as already mentioned below, it reflects a good deal and smart non-greedy owner rather than anything bad. We'll definitely return and rent again!

  Stayed at this unit previously and liked so much we came right back! Owners are very hospitable and have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and relaxing! Well cared for unit and complex and the beach right across the street is great! Will return again soon!

  Recently met up with the girls for a girls vacation at the beach .It could not have been nicer. Location of condo was great. Coffee shop within walking distance is bonus with fantastic muffins . Condo had all amenities you need and washer and dryer . Coastal waterway is beautiful and the beach is just across the road with pathway to lead you there ........Fantastic. Great beach, great town . Thank you to the Buffalo crew, we will book again.!!

  We stayed for 10 days, and were very happy. The unit was clean and well kept. The description was just as we found the unit. You have the intercoastal waterway on one side and the ocean on the other. The private walkway to the beach is nice. There were beach chairs available. The low price of the unit does not reflect the quality, it's just a good deal. Didn't have any trouble with getting/returning keys or any other rental issue. Assigned parking is in the front of the complex. All in all, we would definately recommend this unit and would return to it without a second thought.

  Had a great time staying at this condo. The were many extras like beach towels, a cooler and beach unbrella and beach chairs. It was a perfect location, really close to the beach and walking distance to restaurants and bars. The place was spacious and very clean.

  We just returned from a week's stay in this lovely condo with waterviews from every room and just steps to the beach. The owner has provided everything to make your stay comfortable, including beach chairs and beach umbrella. Having a washer/dryer right in the unit was so convenient, too. The owner was a pleasure to deal with, and his management staff in Indian Shores was excellent. Will definitely recommend this property to those planning to visit the area.

  Perfect condo for us ! It was very comfortable and provided all that we needed. The complex and the condo were clean and well maintained.. ... and it was quiet. The balcony overlooked the Intercoastal waterway. It was wonderful to watch the boats go by in the morning while having breakfast on the balcony...with the sun was coming up on that side. It was nice to be across the street , away from the activity on the beach......yet only a 2 minute walk through the private pathway....to the beach. This condo offers the best of both worlds ! We loved the fact that we could call home to Canada...free.....every day ! And free WIFI internet was also so great ! It was very well equipped , and also had extras such as beach towels, chairs, etc. And last ...but not least...the owner, Jim , was very easy to work with. So , thankyou Jim .......we hope to be back !! This condo is definitely a keeper !!

  Have stayed in the Indian Shore area a few times and this was one of the best! The unit was great and the complex is well cared for. A private pathway directly across the street leads you to a wonderful sandy uncrowded beachfront. It takes no more than two minutes from the door to the beach. The owner has provided beach chairs, towels, umbrella etc to use. Overall, it was great stay and we will return!

  Wonderful condo in a quiet, well-kept complex. Condo was well equipped: coffee maker, blender, iron, etc... The owners left beach chairs, beach umbrella, and beach towels! Thanks!! Beach was very easy to get to. Loved the free WIFI and free phone calls to Canada!

  Well supplied condo in a quiet building and neighborhood. A couple of beach chairs were there for our use. Clean and nicely decorated. Beach across the street. Family loved the vacation. I'd recommend this property for a retired couple or family on vacation.

All payments are to be made in US funds. A refundable deposit of $200 weekly and/ or $500 monthly is required to confirm a reservation booking. Final Payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. Payments may be made by cash, check, or credit card (Visa, MasterCard and Discover). NO personal checks shall be accepted at check-in and no keys will be provided for any reservation not paid in full.
