Spend the day hiking or biking the beautiful trails in the Back Bay Wildlife Preserve and False Cape State Park. Kayak the tranquil waters of Back Bay. Relax on the beach or at one of the three on-site pools. Golf, fishing, shopping, the aquarium; the options are endless.
When you return to Summer People there is no better way to finish the day than with a cold drink on the private balcony while you watch the beautiful sunsets over the bay.
Fix dinner in the fully equipped kitchen (including granite tops, stainless steel appliances and all the kitchen gadgets you may need) or visit one of the fantastic local restaurants. Enjoy a movie on the 42' screen plasma TV in the main living area or just relax with a good book, a game, or a puzzle. Do as much or as little as you want in your time with Summer People - you can always come back next year if you don't get a chance to fit it all in.

Casual, yet elegant and comfortable, Summer People welcomes you with bright colored fabrics, hardwood and rattan. The kitchen is fully equipped including granite tops, stainless steel appliances and all the kitchen gadgets you may need.
Dining for 8 at the lovely hardwood table. Snack and appetizers can be served at the kitchen bar top or enjoyed on the spacious private balcony and you will not want to miss the spectacular Back Bay sunsets and views of the ocean.
It is our pleasure to provide you with linen and towel service at no additional charge, (2) reserved (near the elevator) parking spaces and a private storage unit equipped with beach cart and all the gear you need to enjoy your days on the beach!
Golf, fishing, kayaking, barefoot boutiques, shopping and fine dining are all nearby. This unit will be popular so please book early! It's all here at The Sanctuary Resort.
Everything you need to unwind
The main living area has a large 42' screen plasma TV and entertainment center, wireless internet, telescope and plenty of books, games and puzzles. The three bedrooms have large closets, TV's with DVD, alarm clocks and ceiling fans. Two full bathrooms; one private serves the Master bedroom and one adjoining, both have large lighted vanities and bath/showers with duo shower head and removable hand-held. In addition to the beautiful Atlantic Ocean and shore you will want to take full advantage of all we have to spoil you including the resort's (3) pools including a swim-up and children's splash area, lounge chairs and umbrella-covered dining tables, *Viking gas grilling stations, outdoor showers and restrooms, (2) fitness centers, game room, (2) libraries and a beautiful boardwalk.

Summer People is a beautiful condo, tastefully decorated and furnished. Upon arrival, we found there to be an issue with the a/c, the property maintenance gentleman was quick and courteous. What a great place to stay for a carefree getaway (my second visit)! The condo has all the comforts of home, and the owners thought of everything to make our stay relaxing and enjoyable. Perfect location, allowing dolphin-watching from the breezy deck, and just a short walk or bike ride to False Cape State Park. Loved it!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+.
