Beachside Villas #1021 is a newly renovated three bedroom, second floor unit. The complex is located on the beach side of 30A between Seaside and Alys Beach. The unit has been decorated in a relaxed neutral West Indies theme.
The family room includes a double bed sleeper sofa, chairs and cable/TV/DVD. The family room opens to a lovely balcony with seating that looks onto the beautiful blue ocean.
The dining room is just off the family room, and offers comfortable seating for 6, plus 3 comfortable bar stools for additional seating.
The newly renovated, fully stocked kitchen offers new appliances, new cabinets, and granite countertops.
The Master bedroom contains a king size bed, balcony access, cable TV and a seperate bathroom.
The guest bedroom includes a queen size bed. The third bedroom has a single bed and a queen size bed. This room also has a TV/DVD.
Beachside Villas is a very family oriented complex. The complex has two pools (one heated), shuffle board, and lighted tennis courts. The complex offers easy beach access and access to Eastern Lake. There is always a lot to do. The bike trail that runs along 30A offers a beautiful ride to the shopping and restaurants of Seaside, Watercolors, Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach.

My family and I loved this vacation condo. It has been completely renovated, wonderfully decorated, has all the comforts of home and is in a great location. This unit is only 5 minutes from Seaside to the west or 5 minutes from Alys & Rosemary Beach to the east. This unit is steps away from two pools, tennis courts and a short walk to the beach (which is great for a family with young kids)! We really enjoyed our stay in your condo and we can't wait to visit again! Such a great value to be south of 30A and steps away from the beach!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway.

Rachel was great to work with. The condo was accommodating for the 9 of us. The facility was also nice and clean. Family friendly. We had issues with the wifi (unable to connect) but we ended up not even missing it because we were busy doing other things. We will use this place again in the future.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
