  This was our fourth time back and our first visit in April. As always we found the house in pristine condition. With the beach just steps away we spent our mornings walking along the shore and since we were there for a week manged to go to a few nearby wineries and Greenport as well. This cottage is the perfect place to relax and unwind, we are begining to think of it is our second home....

  This was our third time staying at the cottage and each time we leave we're looking forward to our next visit. Wading River is a great little town and there's lots to do on the North Fork. The cottage is so cozy, well maintained and has such attention to detail that's its also nice to just hang out. Debbie and Tom are friendly and accommodating and always have plenty of suggestions on what to do or where to go.

  I arrived after a long and exhausting drive to find a lovely, quiet, and immaculate cottage . Debbie and Tom thought of everything - little crossword books, a beach welcome bag, interesting magazines and books, beach chairs, an outdoor shaded rear deck for morning coffee. the cottage was beautifully furnished and well kept. the beach was a short walk away , as was a 5 star restaurant. the beach itself is lovely, and one can take long walks along the shore each morning. having morning coffee on the upper rear deck, while watching the shorebirds over the marsh, was one of my favorite things to do. My entire family was in town for a wedding at East Wind Inn.They were totally envious of my cottage, as they stayed at ramadas and holiday inns a 30 minute drive away from wading river. I highly recommend this lovely cottage for anyone wanting a quiet seaside place to get away from it all. a campari to both of you ! caroline

  We just returned from this beach cottage, and we had a wonderful time. This house is very well set up for families, as it has three bedrooms, an outdoor shower, and plenty of safe outdoor places in which to play. The beach is only feet away, and there is a playground at the beach. There are also life guards at the beach to watch the little ones in the water. The owners are very helpful, and there are many attractions nearby, including wineries, North Fork towns, restaurants, beaches, hiking, etc. The property is very well maintained.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

  Must say the photographs did not do the cottage justice. It was even nicer. We had the most restful vacation.The beach was close and I could relax knowing there was a lifegaurd there watching the kids,they even had a beach wheelchair ,at the beach, that I could borrow to take my eighty year old mom down to the beach.The property was very clean,the carpet seemed brand new. The owner and her husband were very down to earth and so helpful,they made us feel so relaxed and welcomed. Would love to return and would recommend the cottage !

  We were in town for a wedding and decided to make this a vacation at the beach. This was the first time we rented a house versus staying in a hotel. What a wonderful experience! This house is great! Very clean and cozy. Short, easy 2 minute walk to the beach. Debbie and Tom met us at the house with a warm welcome and fresh flowers! We couldn't ask for a more friendly and gracious host! Thank you both for a very memoriable and enjoyable stay! LouAnn

  We were in town for a wedding. We decided to spend a couple of extra days on the beach. This was the first time we have rented a house instead of staying at a hotel. What a wonderful experience! The beach house was perfect, the beach was beautiful, and Debbie and Tom were the most gracious and welcoming hosts we could ask for! We thorougly enjoyed our stay!

  Had a fantastic time at this beach cottage! The house was very clean and met all of our needs. The house is very kid friendly with a set of bunk beds, a variety of toys to play with, and a trunk full of children’s books. Additionally, the beach is a minute walk down the street with a large play structure for children as well. A variety of rooms to spread out and eat in. Large deck outside with full sized gas grill as well as a lookout deck to view the wildlife preserve which the property sits against. The owner was very attentive, friendly, and easy to work with. We were in town from the West coast for a week, and feel fortunate to have found this property, would definitely recommend.

  The house is adorable and there is a lot of attention to detail. We found everything we needed!! Between the back deck and the short walk to the beach we hardly had to leave. Our only regret is that we didn't stay longer and we are looking forward to our next stay,

  This property was immacualte and everything was in good working condition. The linens provided were fresh and clean. There are three bedrooms: one with a queen bed, one with two twins, and one with two twin bunk-beds. The two twins were pretty easily pushed together. The kitchen was also immaculate and had all you'd need if you brough food to cook. Very nice back deck that provided good privacy due to the trees/shrubs/bamboo and the upper deck provided a nice view of the bird sanctuary that the property backs up to. The beach is only about 100 yards away and the water was very nice. Bring some water shoes, as the beach is covered with smooth rocks and can be tough on your feet. The property owner was very helpful and responsive to all questions that our group had. She called to check on us on check-out day to make sure everything went smoothly. This property was less expensive than the local hotels (especially when you split it with 4 adults) and was WAY more relaxing and homey than what you could get at a Marriott or the like. Highly recommended!
