This is a beautiful one-story California Ranch-style home that was recently remodeled in June 2010. Located in the heart of Montecito, this home features 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths, vaulted ceilings, an open floor plan, luxurious furnishings, new hardwood floors and is situated on a landscaped acre with gorgeous mountain views. The Landscaping is beautiful and lush and the property is full of iceberg roses, a rose garden, and many fruit trees which can all be picked and eaten (Orange, Lemon, Lime, Avacado, Guava, Pineapple Guava, Pear, Grapefruit, Pomegranate, Persimmon, and Plum.
Both the front and backyards are very private and surrounded by large hedges.
From the family room, kitchen, and master bedroom you can step onto the back patio which leads to the large backyard and very large pool and in-ground hot tub. The pool can be heated and also includes a low diving board.
The brand new kitchen has 'high-end' appliances, including a 42' Sub Zero Refrigerator, 48' Blue Star Range with double oven, grill and griddle, Bosch dishwasher, and built-in wine refrigerator. Enjoy breakfast in the eat-in nook or sit at the kitchen island with beautiful granite countertops.
The Master Bedroom looks onto the pool and mountains and has King Bed with a huge in suite bath with large tub and separate shower. It is appointed with Carrera Marble and limestone floors. This bedroom also has a 50' installed Plasma television and Blueray player.
There is also a king bed in Bedroom #2 and Queen beds in both Bedroom #3 and #4. You will find additional 42' Plasma Flatscreen televisions in Bedroom #2 and #4 as well as a 26' LCD television installed above the kitchen nook.
We use only the finest sheets and linens, very high end mattresses and all beds are complete with fluffy down comforters.
The house is located about a half mile up from Coast Village Road and is close to everything...Beach, Hikes, Restaurants, Downtown Santa Barbara, etc.

Absolutely perfect... from our initial contact to the day we departed... everything exceeded our expectations. This home is a delightful blend that makes it comfortable and inviting, roomy and bright, fun and relaxing. Tastefully decorated and beautifully designed. Loved the kitchen especially! (I even took extra photos to give me inspiration and ideas for our upcoming kitchen remodeling.) The neighborhood is quiet and serene, yet it's a quick drive and easy access to everything. The owners were friendly and helpful and were able to answer our questions and give us some recommendations and advice that was very useful for first-time visitors to the area. We were very fortunate that this home was available during our visit. But now that we've experienced perfection, nothing less will do... we will be repeat guests. So for our NEXT visit to this area, our travel plans will be scheduled around the availability of this home.Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, pet owners, age 55+.

Wow,…where do I begin to describe paradise? I’m an early riser and waking up to complete silence except for the sound of birds chirping in the Meyer lemon tree is what a vacation should be about. This wonderfully comfortable and convenient home in Montecito was a perfect choice for our family. Picking fresh ripe oranges from the trees for the morning breakfast is an amenity we did not expect. The beautiful pool is relaxing and impeccably maintained. Love the Blue Star commercial stove….it’s perfect for a foodie like me. Serenity and seclusion yet we were just minutes from everything. I have only one complaint….we had to go home and back to reality. We will return soon.Recommended for: People with disabilities, sightseeing, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, pet owners, age 55+.
