Bring your four legged family member on vacation to this clean, Pet friendly condo. Just renovated in May 2011, new furniture, Hardwood flooring, stainless steel appliances, cabinets, furniture. Great views, spacious, clean. Close to all that Carolina Beach and Wilmington has to offer. Step out of the condo, cross the dunes and you are ready to relax in the sun on the wide beach. Or, enjoy the salt air, endless ocean views and warm breezes with a good book and a drink from the large deck with rocking chairs. Watch the sunset and enjoy a glass of wine from the west deck.
Master Bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite bath with shower. 2nd Bedroom has 2 Twin beds and there is a queen sleeper sofa in the Living room. There is a full hallway bath.
Linens are included, as are beach chairs and an umbrella.

I'm a travel addict and I know how important clean and convenient accommodations are to enjoying a vacation. I'm also love my pet, so I understand wanting to bring pets on vacation. As long as Fido is well behaved and doesn't bark excessively, he or she is welcome.
I've traveled to 5 of the seven continents and extensively in the US. I hope to visit Asia and Australia in the next few years to complete the 7!
Why the Owner Chose Carolina Beach: This condo is one of 4 I own at Carolina Beach. Pleasure Island is small enough to provide a relaxed beach atmosphere without over-commercialization. At the same time there is a high enough population in the summer to attract top rate restaurants and entertainment. It is close to Wilmington NC and all that is offered there.
I love spending time in Carolina Beach when my condo's are not rented. I like to hang out on the beach with friends, walk for miles, visit the Aquarium at Fort Fisher, ride my bike and relax with good books. Anytime of year is a great time to visit Carolina Beach. Spring and Fall are actually my favorite times.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo: I love waking up to see a brilliant sunrise, and sometimes get to enjoy seeing dolphins playing in the ocean from the front deck. Kayaking with a friend or walking a few miles on the beach all are activities I find very relaxing.
Of course, sometimes it's great to just sit in a beach chair with a cold drink and a good book!
Fort Fisher and the Fort Fisher Aquarium is a good place to connect with nature as well. The island is bike friendly, so be sure and bring or rent bikes while you are here!

We had a great mini vacation here with our dog and our infant son. The condo is nicely renovated and the location is fantastic, Scott was very easy to work with! We would definitely rent this place again!Recommended for: Pet owners.

This was absolutely the nicest vacation. The unit was nice and started to feel like home. Having oceanfront with a view and private access to the beach was amazing. Scott was super nice to deal with. We found the neighbors to be friendly. We will definitely plan to return at a future date.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway.

Wow - this place is IDEAL! Excellent location, clean, comfortable, everything we needed for a super relaxing week at the beach. Scott was perfectly wonderful to work with - he was super responsive from the start when we inquired about his condo, and remained so throughout the booking process as well as when we had a couple questions afterward. The condo comes perfectly well-equipped. Beds are comfy, views are pristene, setting was impeccable. His reasonable rates make this a very affordable luxury - can't wait to come back again and again - and we will!!Recommended for: Families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway.

We had a marvelous time here during Thanksgiving week. The condo is very spacious, clean, nicely appointed, well-equipped and comfortable. The view from the main room to the ocean is stunning. We watched the sunrise on several mornings and, on our last morning, just as the sun came over the horizon, two dolphins jumped out of the water right in front of the house. If you like to cook, this place is very well equipped. Don't miss getting some wonderful fresh fish and seafood from Blackburn's which is close by. The owner was helpful and pleasant to deal with and everything about our stay was delightful. We will happily recommend this place to friends and family and will, very likely, stay here again.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

Found everything about our rental enjoyable. The condo was large with everything we would need both inside and for the beach. The Wifi was an extra plus. The view from the deck was just beautiful and the beach was just steps away.. This was our first trip to North Carolina and we found the area to be very nice and the people were friendly and helpful. One of our better vacations and I would recommend our rental to anyone who likes a relaxing gtaway. Also many things to do including a visit to the Aquarium and Fort Fisher.Recommended for: Families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing, girls getaway.

What a great find!! - This place was just as advertised. Newly renovated and very clean. Once the new bathrooms are put in, this place will be perfect. Being able to see the beach from the kitchen and living area is fantastic, especially in the morning. We stayed here a week with a dog and had a very relaxing and care-free time! This is the third time we have gone to CArolina Beach. This was by far the best rental we have had. The unit is nicely appointed with everythng you would need to enhance your vacation. The view from the deck is fantastic. Bring binoculars to watch the dolphins at sunrise. Scott is great as an owner, quick to answer any questions and always availble to help. We have already booked it for next year. You should book your vacation now. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.Recommended for: Families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+.

This was a great pet friendly find! The condo looked just like the photos and was very clean with a wonderful updated kitchen. I believe Scott will be updating the bathrooms which would make this place ever better. We loved sitting out on the rocking chairs day and night and you could not have had a shorter walk to the beach. Our dogs had a great time as well and made themselves right at home.Recommended for: Families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway.

The condo is a wonderful location at Carolina Beach. The view, accomodations, everything made our vacation a wonderful experience. We have two young children, so being on the first floor was a gift! The view was beautiful, as we ate every meal outside on the deck overlooking the ocean. We were able to bring our basset hound with us, who absolutely LOVED the beach and the deck, where he spent most of the day! We could not have asked for an easier time in dealing with the owner, Scott. He was very quick to respond and willing to answer any questions. We had a great time!Recommended for: Families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+.

We had such a nice time. The condo and its location is fabulous, we couldnt have asked for anything more. It was great being able to see and hear the ocean and just walking a few steps to the beach which we did everyday. We enjoyed; seeing the dolphins almost every day right from the balcony, riding our bikes into town and Freeman Park pier. The condo is very well equiped with everything. Im so ready to come back already. The owner, Scott is great to work with and helps with anything you need. Fabulous place!!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, tourists without a car, girls getaway.
