Keri and I bought this condo to live in and enjoy the many things downtown Missoula has to offer. We recently decided to purchase a house and we would never want to sell this one of a kind condo, so we decided to keep it and share all of the wonderful features it has to offer. You will not be disappointed with our condo.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
This condo is all about location, location, location! It is a short walk with a trail leading right to the University of Montana campus, downtown Missoula, shopping, restaurants, recreation and much more. We are located very close to museums, hospitals, the courthouse and several other draws to Missoula.

My wife Keri and I purchased this condo in 2007 as soon as the historic building was developed from apartments into condominiums. We had a vision of what an amazing unit this dated condo could become. I built this condo myself and put everything I had into making sure that it would be a one of a kind space. This condo is very modern and high-end. The most unique feature is a one of a kind bed that I designed and built that comes down from the ceiling and is cantilevered from the wall above the living room furniture. You will never see anything like this condo and there is not a bed like this one anywhere in the world. Keri and I would love for you to be able to spend time in our dream condo while you visit beautiful Missoula, MT. We look forward to meeting you and getting you set up in our amazing one of a kind space. Keri and I love Missoula because of the outdoor space that provides endless entertainment and recreation. What an amazing place! Everything was such high quality and the shower was amazing. We loved the bed and have tried to explain it to our friends. Great place!
