Great Place to stay as an individual or couple! I have only wonderful things to say about this 7th floor Apt. Located centrally in Missoula's downtown historic "Wilma Bldg." This space has an incredible view of the Clark Fork River with Caras Park located directly below the view. As you look outside You'll see 180 degree's of Missoula pristine beauty. I couldn't have been more satisfied with the view alone, however, the apartment was PERFECT! Recently updated and modernized with a retractable bed that is mechanized to lower from the ceiling, this allowed for an incredible use of space during the daytime. The kitchen was fully equipped and even had an island to dine around or prep food whilst watching T.V. on the big flat screen. Gorgeous tiled bathroom with a raindrop shower. I was really happy to see a stacking washer & dryer in the bathroom too, as I had been in Seattle prior to traveling on to Missoula and needed to do some laundry. I wouldn't necessarily rate this as a great family space, unless you're a couple with an infant perhaps. Although, I was traveling alone on this trip, this space would be fantastic for a romantic get away retreat. I highly recommend dinning at Scotty's Table on the basement floor of the Bldg., Delicious! And as a personal plug for a few friends I was there to visit....Pick up a (Missoula independent) newspaper and listen to the (Trail 101.3) radio station to find out what's happening around town!

My husband and I spent our first nights as a married couple in this gorgeous condo. It was the perfect ending to a perfect wedding week! We felt like we were in a high-end, 5-star hotel, but even better with its comfortable living area and full kitchen. It was a luxurious and romantic escape- all of the details really made it feel like we had already traveled far away from everything, when in reality the lively Missoula downtown was right out our door! It was beautiful, clean, and easy- the owner was accessible for any questions we had and also had an informative letter waiting upon our arrival in the condo so that we could easily relax and get settled. I would recommend it to any couple looking for a wonderful place to stay in a hard-to-beat location!

Beautiful use of small space. Every modern convenience - TV, cable, iPod dock, stereo, washer/dryer, lighting remote, gorgeous bathroom. Bed that drops from ceiling not only was cool and functional, it was extremely comfortable. Used the apartment as a launch pad for fishing and going out on the town at night. Parking spot included was nice for ease of running around town as needed. If we're ever back in Missoula, I would absolutely stay here again!

About the owner: My wife Keri and I purchased this condo in 2007 as soon as the historic building was developed from apartments into condominiums. We had a vision of what an amazing unit this dated condo could become. I built this condo myself and put everything I had into making sure that it would be a one of a kind space. This condo is very modern and high-end. The most unique feature is a one of a kind bed that I designed and built that comes down from the ceiling and is cantilevered from the wall above the living room furniture. You will never see anything like this condo and there is not a bed like this one anywhere in the world. Keri and I would love for you to be able to spend time in our dream condo while you visit beautiful Missoula, MT.
