We have a large up-to-date kitchen with all appliances, large laundry room, and an open floor plan. The Master bedroom has a king bed, one bedroom has bunk beds and full size kid bed, and the other bedroom has a queen size bed. T.V. is available with DVDs, and a Wii with games. The deck has a patio table that seats six and a charcoal grill.
Williams Lakehouse is located at the end of a quiet cove on the shores of Beaver Lake. It is on approximately 2 acres in a secluded/wooded area yet only 20 minutes from the city of Rogers. Bring your family here to enjoy the lake, spend family time, and relax. Two boat launch areas are within 5 minutes: Rocky Branch Marina and Twin Coves Resort. A paddle boat is available, boat dock chairs, and tubes.
Williams Lakehouse is located in K cove off of Van Hollow Arm near mile marker 6. Boat Gas is available at Rocky Branch Marina and supplies at Finnegans Grocery on Hwy 12E.

Our stay at The Williams Lake House was perfect, includling the weather, which we lucked out with. Their property is beautiful and a wonderful location to snap quality family pictures. With the trees, expansive front yard outlined with a rustic wagon wheel fence and lake in the background, the photographic opportunties are endless. The home is very clean and fit our group of 6 exactly, but room to spare. Harp's grocery store is no more than 15 minutes away so an easy trip for groceries and the home was amply equipped for cooking a large Thanksgving Dinner. We have 2 children at the University of Arkansas so it was a great way to save them the trip back to Dallas and also catch the A of U/ LSU football game the day after Thanksgiving. We even used the boat dock for fishing and night time star gazing. A complete home and I recommend it. The only draw back was the cable TV channels were very limited. Thank you Kim.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers.

Our stay at Property 341078 was perfect. The house and property are beautiful. The view from the back deck is awesome. We spent a lot of time on the dock and in the lake. It was fantastic. We were about 30 minutes from Eureka Springs and 1.75 hrs from Branson. A pleasant drive to either location. The owners were a pleasure to rent from. We highly recommend this location and will definitely be planning another trip back.Recommended for: Families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.
Owner response: Thank you! Looking forward to seeing you next summer!

This home is fantastic. We spent 7 full days relaxing and enjoying the fun of Beaver Lake. We enjoyed many fun filled hours on the dock fishing and swimming from the large swim deck. The house was very clean and comfortable making us feel right at home. The owners were great seeing to it that we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this home for many hours of family enjoyment on Beaver Lake.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers, adventure seekers.

This was a great spot for me and my brother and his boys, my brother in law and his son, and myself to get away to. Its out in the middle of nowhere, deer hang out in the front yard, it's maybe a 70' walk to the dock where we had some great time fishing. The house was very nice and clean, plenty of family space to hang out although we hung out most of the time talking in the kitchen which was pretty large. In the evening we were on the large back deck that overlooked the lake and the dock, we sat out there listening to the big hoot owls off in the distance and telling stories. Nice place, definately the nicest place we have stayed at on any of the local lakes in AR or MO.Recommended for: Girls getaway, pet owners, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

This home was very clean, fresh, and ready for our stay. Great views of the dock, cove, lake from the interior and back deck. Sat on the deck every morning drinking coffee enjoying the outdoors and natural sounds. Love the smell and sounds of the pine trees. Just a stones throw to the dock where we spent alot of our time on the dock and large swim deck. We actually ate many of our lunches on the dock. We went on several long boat rides exploring beautiful Beaver Lake and found some secluded places to "cove-out" for a few hours, swim, and have lunch. Great place for our kids and to recharge from our lives in the city.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, sightseeing, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

Owner info
Year Purchased: 2009
About the owner: We are the owners of Ski & Sports, Inc. in Rogers, AR. We purchased this lakehouse as an investment in 2009 because we love the Rocky Branch area for its clear water, great waterskiing, and proximity to town. Because of the nature of our business, we are not able to use it as often as we would like. We hope you love it as much as we do.
Why the Owner Chose Rocky Branch:
This property is one of the few 'flat' lake properties on Beaver Lake with a view. It is also only 5 minutes from a marina and 20 minutes from Rogers.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
The cove where this property is located is quiet: you will not be disturbed by the sound of fishing boats early in the morning! It is a safe cove where you can swim, snorkel, kayak, and even swim across and climb the large rock if you choose. The house has a view of the lake that goes all the way to the main channel.
