  Me and my family stayed here the week of Christmas and the house was beautiful and the owners were very accomadating making sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay :) would recommend this house to anyone looking for a family get together, has plenty of room for a large family but it does have alot of steps, so not recommened for someone that is in a wheelchair or uses a cane. We had alot of fun the kids loved the kayak and canoe and even seen dolphins be by the dock. Very close to shopping and other activities. Thanks for wonderful time :)

  We rented this home for the month of February. The owners could not have been more accomodating. They provided additional amenities....just for the asking. This included bikes, fishing poles, candles, and beach towels. The linens were soft and comfortable. The contemporary home offers two separate living areas which worked out very well for our family. We loved this area. It was very comfortable and relaxed. We were surrounded by wildlife....visited at least 2 times a day by pods of dolphin, herons on our seawall on a regular basis, pelicanrs hanging out and fishing with the dolphins, and many beautiful birds. We recommend Weeki Wachee attraction and park, hiking in Weeki Wachee reserve, fresh seafood from the guy in the truck at Cortez and Shoal Line on Saturday, fresh produce from the roadside stand guy on Shoal line, Bella Napoli restaurant, and Bayport restaurant on Monday (seafood special night). We plan to return to Hernando Beach and plan to rent from these owners again.

  Had a great time staying at this rental home. The house has great sunset views from all three decks, and were just incredible for dining and relaxing. The deck with the grill is enclosed with screen for great evening dining. The king size bed we slept on the master was so nice I wanted to take it home! Other that sleeping and eating, we spent most of our time on the decks relaxing. We saw two sting rays in the water and two dolphins. We also ate at two local restaurants about 1 mile away, Brians and R Beach, and both had great food. Brians is more upscale and R Beach is more laid back. We did rent a pontoon boat at the local marina and enjoyed that as well. The owner's hospitality and concern for our needs was evident in many respects. I would recommend this property to anyone, except those with who have limitations with stairs. We had a great time!

  We have just returned from an awesome vacation with two other couples. The house was very roomy and never felt we were in each other's space. The view was beautiful. The owners were very helpful answering our questions and suppling us with the things we asked for. We will be coming back. Word of advice - if you have trouble with stairsteps this is not the place for you - there are alot. Thank you Dave and Ashley!

  I took my troop of Girl Scouts (teen girls) and we were very pleased with the accomodations and the owners were wonderful. The property was well maintained and the owners were available questions and concerns. I would highly recommend this property. There is much to do locally and nearby. We really loved watching the dolphins play in the gulf several times a day from the porch.

  TheUnique home situated with relaxing views of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico! I would highly recommend this property as a great getaway for couples or groups! Very spacious with great accommodations! But the views ot the Gulf and all of the boats drifting by, made this a great vacation home in a very desirable location The owner's were very attentive to all my needs, which made for a fantastic time!! I will definitely come back in the future!! KCS ;-D KS
