Escape to Lake Forest condos at Smith Mountain Lake. This 2 bedroom waterfront condo is conveinently located off Route 40 and is 45 minutes to Roanoke, 2 hours from Greensboro, and 3 from Richmond.
The master bedroom has a Queen bed with attached full bath for privacy. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and connects to a hall bath. The large sectional sofa converts to a pullout full bed for extra sleeping quarters. The kitchen, dining area and family room share an open floor plan and amazing lake views. The dining table seats 6 and there is a breakfast bar that kids will love. The balcony overlooks the water and has seating for 6. Everyone will enjoy the gorgeous lake front swimming pool and large community dock for lake access, swimming and sun bathing.
Guests may park a jet ski or boat overnight at one of the community boat slips or tie ups. Other ammenities include tennis, basketball, grills, and nearby boat launch & marina. This condo can be found at buoy B33 and is just minutes away from "The Cliffs" and directly across from Blackwater Marina & restaurant as well as the 4-H center.
Guests may enjoy events such as 4th of July Fireworks, local wineries including the SML Wine Festival, numerous fishing tournaments, excursions to the Dam or the State Park.
Small pets are permitted and must be leashed outside. Linens are provided and there is a washer/dryer unit located inside the condo for your use.

I bought this condo with my family and in-laws as a family gathering spot. We grew up enjoying time at Smith Mountain Lake and have many wonderful memories of summers spent here. We were eager to share this experience with our kids and friends and have loved spending time here as a family.
