You can tune the world out in a hammock or stay tuned with cable television. There is a 15% tax and service charge
Rates are for 2 to 4 people. There is a $50/night charge for an additional person.
A Deposit (3 nights) is required to secure the room. 50% is due 45 days prior.
Cancellations must be received 15 days prior to arrival to receive 100% refund.
A minimum stay is 3 nights. 10% discount for a one month stay.

What a terrific place to stay! The rooms are beautiful and well-maintained, right on the beach, and the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. And only a 5 to 10 min walk to town--you would never have to get in a golf cart and could eat out at a different place every night....I told my sister about it, she went too, and had the same reaction...
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with young children.

Caye Casa was the perfect place to stay in San Pedro. The listing was very accurate, the photos accurately reflect the appearance of the unit, the property was very clean and well maintained. The owner was extremely helpful in answering any questions and hooking us up for anything we wanted to do while we were in San Pedro. I would highly recommend Caye Casa to anyone that wanted the ability to feel like they had their own little piece of paradise while vacationing in this beautiful area. The hardest thing to do was leaving to go home. We can't wait to go back!
