Caye Casa is a boutique hotel on the Caribbean Sea. It is an ideal barefoot base from which to enjoy and explore the adventure of Belize. There are only three villas, two classic rooms and two casitas at Caye Casa yet they make a big impression. These modern, unique condominiums capture British Colonial design, modern technology and timeless tropical touches producing a sophisticated resort for the discriminating tourist. Wooden shutters. Stainless steel appliances and limestone counters. Thatch covered porches and wireless internet. All on the ocean. There is nothing else like it in Belize.
Conveniently located for every island activity, the center of town is a ten minute leisurely stroll south along the beach. A tour guide will pick up on at the dock for snorkeling or diving or you can explore the island on foot, by bike or golf cart.
Watch the sunrise from the patio, go on a jungle river tour to Mayan ruins, then watch the sunset from the beach. Dine in. Dine out. Swim from the dock. Dive the Blue Hole. You can tune the world out in a hammock or stay tuned with cable television. Air conditioning, maid service, (an optional personal chef?) and the sound of the wind in the palm trees add to your comfort.

What a terrific place to stay! The rooms are beautiful and well-maintained, right on the beach, and the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. And only a 5 to 10 min walk to town--you would never have to get in a golf cart and could eat out at a different place every night....I told my sister about it, she went too, and had the same reaction...Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+.

Caye Casa was the perfect place to stay in San Pedro. The listing was very accurate, the photos accurately reflect the appearance of the unit, the property was very clean and well maintained. The owner was extremely helpful in answering any questions and hooking us up for anything we wanted to do while we were in San Pedro. I would highly recommend Caye Casa to anyone that wanted the ability to feel like they had their own little piece of paradise while vacationing in this beautiful area. The hardest thing to do was leaving to go home. We can't wait to go back!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+.

Rates
High Season .. (Nov 15-Apri 30) .. $125 - $350/night. Low Season ... (May 01-Nov 14) .. $95 - $295/night. Prices are in US Dollars. Travelers checks are also accepted. There is a 15% tax and service charge Rates are for 2 to 4 people. There is a $50/night charge for an additional person. A Deposit (3 nights) is required to secure the room. The balance is due on arrival Cancellations must be received more than 30 days prior to arrival for a refund. A minimum stay is 3 nights. 10% discount for a one month stay.
