Four bedroom summer house directly on Lake Champlain at Thompson's Point, Charlotte, Vermont is part of century old community where our family has spent summer vacations since the 1940s. Although there is no access to the lake from the property, swimming, water sports, boating, and fishing are all readily available. Recently refurbished (new roof and paint throughout, new beds in all rooms, new washer and dryer) the house maintains its turn of the century character, yet provides a scenic, recreational location to spend a summer vacation with all the amenities of home. The kitchen is also fully equipped.

About the owner: Cottage has been family owned since 1951. Currently owned by California-based sisters who have spent nearly every summer of their lives in Vermont.
