Some friends and I made our annual trek to Perdido Key for the mullet toss. We've stayed at the Spanish Key before, which is a great property! This was the first time we stayed at this specific property, which was very clean and nicely decorated. While we spent most of our time on the beach or at the Florabama, there was plenty of space to accommodate everyone. The condo is basically right on the beach and a short walk to the Florabama, among many other restaurants and things of that nature. The owners were very professional, courteous, easy to contact and made the entire process very simple. They truly seemed to care about our stay and if we enjoyed ourselves, which we did!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

great property. First floor but actually has a good view since ground floor is parking, storage. View of hot tub and pool area. Condo is well furnished a has plenty of space. Easy to work with owners!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We stayed over Spring break 2013 and it was fabulous! The view is wonderful, we saw more dolphins from our deck than we saw on the dolphin cruise we took! The proximity of the beach was unbelievable and having access to the owner's storage unit with beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and more was great-we didn't have to pack all those things. Although the surrounding areas were busy, our beach was very quiet. Being close to Florabama was great-no worries on parking or driving. The indoor and outdoor pools are nice, along with the hot tub and fitness center. The condo is very well maintained as is the entire building. The owners were very easy to work with truly cared that our stay was enjoyable. We definitely recommend this condo and look forward to next year!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Stayed at this unit for Spring Break 2013. It was great! The unit is very well maintained, has lots of room and has everything you need for a great beach trip. The view is wonderful and the beaches are not crowded. We saw dolphins everyday. The owner is great to work with and responds quickly to your messages. I plan to return to this unit as soon as I can!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

I loved this Spanish Key condo!! The description and pictures of the condo do not do it justice. You have to stay here just to experience it for yourself! The property was very clean and decorated wonderfully. It also had plenty of space to make everyone comfortable. I enjoyed the location of the condo being right on the beach, near several seafood restaurants, and also within walking distance of the "famous" Flora-Bama. The owner was so easy to get in touch with and made the process of renting the condo as simple as possible. I was also able to get in touch with them during our stay for recommendations of where to eat during the day and for dinner. They seemed truly grateful to have me as a guest. Outlet shopping in Foley is just a short drive from the condo too! I absolutely cannot wait to go back again during the summer! If anyone is looking for a condo in the Perdido Key/Orange Beach area, this is the place for YOU!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

This was our annual getaway - A bunch of 70+ gals who have been friends since early childhood. We had a great time and condo had everything we could possibly need. Was well maintained and clean - looked like it had been freshly painted. We have been going to Gulf shores for over 25 years and stayed in many places - condos and houses - and this one is one we would go back to again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway.

Stayed Memorial Day Week and had a great time with the family. Location made it easy to go to either Gulf Shores, The Wharf, Pensacola and sure did not hurt being 3 condos from Florabama. Lots of room inside but with only 75 units in the complex also was never crowded outside. Enjoyed the stay and will be back.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
