This executive family home, built on an oversized south facing premium lot is one of the largest located in the tranquil surroundings of Rolling Hills at Formosa Gardens, Kissimmee, Orlando which is the closest residential community to Walt Disney World's four theme parks making it a much sought after location. All other major theme parks are easily accessible. The large extended poolside offers complete privacy and is surrounded by lush tropical landscaping overlooking a natural lake and beyond to the orange groves. The luxury patio furniture together with the deluxe poolside gas barbeque are ideal for alfresco dining.
Our Orlando villa offers over 3000 square feet of fully air conditioned flexible living space. It comprises of six large double bedrooms including three master suites and two Disney themed rooms, two spacious sitting areas, two dining areas and a 20 foot by 20 foot games room. The upgraded pool measures 30 foot by 15 foot is fully screened and has an integrated children's paddling pool and ornamental waterfall. The pool and paddling pool can be heated if required and has underwater illumination.
The villa has luxury facilities and equipment to attend to all your likely holiday needs including a top-of-the-range 57 inch Sony Widescreen Home Theater DVD system and free Internet and email access. Why the Owner Chose Rolling Hills
We chose to buy our vacation villa in Rolling Hills since it was so close to my children's favourite theme park, Disney World. The villa in only 2 miles or 5 minutes away from the Animal Kingdom and just when it is getting too hot at the parks we have the benefit of jumping in the car and back to the villa for a few hours in the pool and then back to the parks in the evening. The villa is also so close to many fantastic restaurants and is most close to Formosa Plaza with an Outback steakhouse, TGI's, Giordannos and many more...
The Unique Benefits at this Villa Home
We have a fabulous air condiitoned games room. Many villas use the garage as the games room and thus do not have air conditioning. We specifically installed stand alone air conditioning in our games room to enhance the function of this room. Our pool backs onto a lake and conservation area and is not overlooked. We enjoy dining al fresco under the lanai with the cool fan watching the various wildlife beyond the pool screen.
