  Our family had a wonderful stay at this home located in the Canyon Lake area. Talk about a home away from home! This home has a beautiful kitchen and bathrooms, our family had very relaxing evenings out on the screened in deck. A few blocks from the Cranes Mill marina, down the road is Comal Park. If you want a place to getaway with the family or some good friends, this home comes highly recommended. - JM

  This home is "welcoming" as soon as you drive in the driveway. It is surrounded w/beautiful trees, pretty landscaping, & deer! They are friendly deer & enjoy being fed. The home is appropriately decorated for the area - & you can see the lake from the deck behind the house. The furniture is pretty & comfortable - plenty or room. Everything was very clean. It is a good place for R & R, sight-seeing, and shopping. There are good restaurants in San Antonio, New Braunfels, etc. We will definitely return & would recommend to anyone. !

  I stayed here with family for a long weekend and we all had a great time. This house is a great location to everything going on in the hill country. Shopping in San Antonio or the outlet mall was just minutes away, the view from the back porch of the lake was breath taking. The house decor and furniture is just what was needed to make it feel like home. We had everything we could need at this beautiful spot. The neighborhood is full of deer that will come right up to the front porch and even some that will eat corn out of the palm of your hand. What a great experience. We will be going back soon!

  When have stayed at Lakeside Overlook many time in the last year. We enjoy the tranquility of the location, the beauty of the views, especially at sunset, and also the abundance of wildlife throughout the neighborhood as you are driving or taking a walk. The home itself is wonderful, it gets more beautiful everytime we return as the owners are continually updating and decorating. It is like an extra surprise everytime we go with all the different changes. The owners are very easy to work with and will do their best to accommodate you. We will continue to make Lakeside Overlook our stay of choice everytime we go to Canyon Lake.

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lakeside Overlook. The house was very clean and well maintained. It was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, small appliances, towels, etc. The upstairs screened-in deck was a perfect place for our two year old grandson to play. There were even a couple of child size Adirondack chairs on this deck. It has a nice large yard with tire swing and horseshoe pits. However, we could only find three horseshoes. There was a volleyball net, ball, and poles, although we did not use it. There were games in a chest, DVD player, WiFi, and four TVs. The master bedroom has a king size bed and each of the other three bedrooms has a queen size bed. We enjoyed eating on the deck off the kitchen after using the charcoaler to cook our dinner. It was extremely quiet there, with only the sound of an occasional bird, boat or car. This was a very nice place to stay and we would recommend it.
