    I stayed at this condo for 4 nights and I was more than pleased! Everything was in great condition and we had no complaints at all! This was my first time renting through an owner, so I was hesitant, but the owner was extremely easy to work with and returned my deposit right after we left. You can't go wrong with renting this condo! Thanks Deb!

    Me and my friends stayed at this condo and it was wonderful! It had everything we needed and its looks exactly like the pictures said..We will definitely try to rent from Deb again!

    Our family has stayed at the Summit for 15 years now, and this is the most beautiful unit we've stayed in! Everything you need is there, even scissors for taking tags of your new suits :) Unit has good washer/dryer, flat screen televisions, microwave and also a very comfortable bed. Deb is awesome because upon arrival we found the sliding door off track so we called and it was fixed within an hour! That's good service. We are trying to go back this summer and we're hoping Deb's condo is available!

    Stayed here during spring break 2012, very good place to stay with all u need. Great view of the beaches and oceans, the place is crazy during spring break with the beach parties and clubs next door. Room has everything you need and is nice and clean, would stay here again for sure!

    My husband and I were very happy with this condo, it was wonderful and the owner Debbie was very pleasant and answered all my questions. Condo was clean and we absolutely loved the fact that it had a washer/dryer in the unit. We will definitely come back. We highly recommend this unit. You will not be disappointed.
