  This place was awesome to say the least. It had everything....location, view, across the street from trolley, etc. The condo was immaculate. The beds were super comfortable. The kitchen was beautiful and had everything you could ever want to cook with; i.e. pans, utensils, etc. The bathrooms were all in tile and absolutely gorgeous. I personally loved the linai (florida room). You can open the doors all the way and use as an extra room and sit out overlooking the ocean, watching the dolphins play and having a cocktail. We felt like we were in heaven. You could walk to several stores, restaurant and even a Walgreens; and, the Tiki Bar at the Holiday Inn right next store was a lot of fun with a great vacation feel and good music. I would highly recommend this place to anyone with children or without. We would definitely go back.

  Oh my gosh, where do I begin. Well if you want a perfect place on the Ocean/Beach, this is it. It is clean, and decorated so cheerfully and beachy. Always so nice when you are getting away from a dreary winter!! I feel like the location is perfect. My sister and I stayed here and it was just awesome. It is so close to everything. First about the Condo. As I said above, it is beautiful!! The beds are so comfortable and the couches are comfortable. The kitchen has everything you could ever want or need to cook with. The bathrooms are gorgeous. My sister and I do an annual trip every year together and I can tell you we stay in some pretty swanky places. They have nothing on this place!!! The view from your Lanai takes your breath away! We saw Dolphins swimming by 3 different times! The pool at the complex is just the right size, with wonderful friendly folks all around. Very CLEAN!! If you don't want to go to the ocean, you can look at the ocean and swim in the pool!! Next the location. Located at the more quiet end of the beach, it is in the perfect spot. The Trolley is right across the street so we were able to take that into the busier part of Ft. Myers Beach. The Pier, shopping, lunch at Nervous Nellie's and at Doc Ford's, and Parrot Bay...Yummy, yummy, yummy...So much fun!! We saw a man catch a shark at the Pier. Mind you it was only 8" long, but soooo exciting!! Pelican's are friendly and come right next to you on the pier. Next if you want to stay local to the condo, there is plenty to do. Within a short walking distance if you are up for some beachy fun, there is a GREAT Tiki bar right next door. It is owned by Pinchers and they have good drinks and great food. Ask for Bob!! He's been there for years and is a wonderful bartender! Next there are some smaller neighborhood type places across from the beach. We had a grouper sandwich at one of them that was to die for. The Castaway has music and dancing nearly every night. If you like shell collecting, or even if you don't, you will love this place!! Even in the busy time of the beach you can find shells!!! Go to Lovers Key which is right down the road and see a beautiful park with astounding fish, etc... and we found 18 sand dollars and shells that are something you would pay for!!!! Lastly, I want to say to our hosts, thank you, thank you, thank you!!! After what seemed to be a never-ending winter, we had such a nice time!! Honest friendly and helpful!! thanks!

  My husband and I enjoyed a stay in this condo last July and loved everything about it! The condo itself was beautiful and very comfortable. The renovated bathrooms and kitchen were wonderful! The owners were very easy to work with and ensured we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The location of the condo was great too and provided a nice selection of restaurants and shopping nearby. Between the beach and the pool we were able to totally relax. It was a perfect trip! I enjoyed it so much that a girlfriend and I plan to go back this summer for a girls trip. I have no doubt that it will as wonderful as the first time.

  We love the newly updated bathrooms and warm, comfortable furniture. We feel so relaxed we don't want to leave. The owners are great to work with and made every effort to ensure our stay was perfect. We also love the area because there is so much to do.

  A girl friend of mine and I decided to take a girl's trip a couple weeks ago, and were blessed to have been able to stay in this condo!! Having never been to Fort Myers Beach, we weren't familiar with the area but were excited to explore, and the information provided in the condo helped us do just that! We were able to walk to restaurants, and take the trolley to the grocery, etc, so we didn't even have to rent a car! The condo itself was more than we could have asked for. We each had our own bedrooms and bathrooms, and spent a lot of time in the "family room" watching dvd's due to some rainy days. The kitchen is updated and inviting, so we saved some money by cooking dinner for ourselves a couple of the nights that we were there! We were also pleasantly surprised to find laundry machines right in our condo- so convenient! The VIEWS from the condo are what really made it stand out. Having a condo right on the beach allowed us to wake up to the ocean right from the lanai, and enjoy the INCREDIBLE sunsets that take place there nearly every night. Overall, we had the BEST time and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The location was impeccable, and the condo was all you can ask for if you're looking for a condo on the beach! Thank you so much for everything!!

  The condo was located in a perfect spot, close to town but also on a private area of beach. There were lots of fun activities to do within a short walk or drive! The condo was clean, updated, and nicely decorated. The view overlooking the ocean was breathtaking! This condo had many amenities and extras that made the trip even more enjoyable! I would definitely recommend this condo for a Ft. Myers Beach vacation!!

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the condo. The view is awesome from the lanai. Everything is well kept inside the condo and also the grounds. The pool was a very comfortable temperature and very well maintained. Owners and guest were very friendly. Short walk of a couple blocks to shops and restaurants and ice cream shop. The beach is beautiful and fun to walk. Sunsets were amazing and have some gorgeous pictures to prove it.

  Owner response: We are so glad you enjoyed your stay. Since your visit, we have made quite a few updates to the condo! We updated the dining room and living room with all new furniture and accessories, added new bedding to the master with some fresh decorations as well. We also replaced the ceiling fans/lighting in both bedrooms, the lanai and the dining room! The only thing that hasn't changed is the wonderful view from the lanai and the remainder of the condo!

  This was the first time my husband and I have stayed at the Sandarac, let alone we have never been away from home that long. The condo was very comfortable and convenient. We thoroughly enjoyed the beach and the pool. The sunsets were MAGNIFICIENT!! We walked numerous times down to Times Square for dinner and to attend the annual Shrimp Festival. We would highly recommend the Sandarac for families to enjoy a relaxing vacation. We also walked several times to Lovers Key and got to see the manatee right at the shoreline. The trolley makde our "lazy" times convenient instead of walking. We quickly found out that if you want to get off the isalnd, you had to leave early and come back late. We found out it was a lot easier to go out the other end of the island during the busy times.
