  This was such and exceptional place to stay. I felt like I was home. The place had everything that we needed and Carina and Maria was very attentive to anything that we needed. They went over and beyond to make sure we had everything we need during the storm we were having the week of our stay, including a flashlight. The self check in was so quick and convenient. The location was perfect, right next to the beach, stores, supermarkets, and a great bakery in walking distance. The apartment was immaculate and I was so satisfied with everything. I will definitely be making this my prime location when I visit Puerto Rico again. Thank You so much for being part of an amazing week in Puerto Rico.

  we stayed at elena's for a month it was like heaven. we felt like home. javier was always there for us . They went over and beyond to make sure we had everything we need during the storm . The self check in was so quick and easy. we had the beach , stores, supermarkets, kasalta bakery in walking distance. the neighborhood was very secure , there was a mango and a laundry everything was pretty close. i had the best moments of my life during that month in puerto rico. ill definitely stay again. Thank You javier and carina for being part of an amazing adventure in my life. Joyce and rafael ;)

  I told you I needed a nice and relaxing place for my vacation and attend my nice's wedding, and you steped up to the plate! Puerto Rico is my home and this has been one of the best vacations in a very long time. The area was amazing, and the location to the beach was exactly as described. Everything was easily walkable, close to coffe shops and restaurants. I guarantee you next time I decide to go back to Puerto Rico which just may be soon I am staying there. Everything was exactly like in the pictures. Javier the maintenece guy was extremely helpful, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. The property was well maintained and just overall well equiped. I miss being on the island and having my apartment so close to the beach. Thank you again from the bottom of my heart!

  We stayed here for a week and enjoyed the Ocean Park area which is quite upscale. The studio was very clean and looked as described. Communicating with Carina was very easy and she did a great job answering all of our questions as soon as possible. Its a safe area with access to restaurants and Walgreens and its super close to the nicest beach. Overall it was a fantastic experience and I would recommend this place to anybody who wants to get a homely feel.

  My partner and I traveled to PR in September 2011 and we were looking for a hotel/rental for a good price and at a good/great location. Lucky for us we found this rental and after reading the reviews, we decided to contact the owner and she was very pleasant in answering our questions prior to the agreement. This rental is very close to the beach as it states. And it is within walking distance from Kasaltas, which you must check out for a bite to eat. If you want to explore the island, which you should, renting a car is good value. As the rental is in Ocean Park, getting to San Juan is fairly quick by car. As far as the rental goes. To us it seemed bigger than it looked in the pictures. It has everything, from extra linens, to beach chairs/towels, pots/pans, etc. The only thing missing which we would have loved would have been a DVD player. There is a Walgreens with a RedBox and we thought of renting a movie one late night but we could not. Aside from no DVD player, there was nothing else we missed. (And a plus was the self-check-in).

  I had a great time! The apartment was clean and had everything I needed for my stay. Even when there is not an assigned parking space for the studio, I only had to park one street over once and it was not a big deal. The rest of the week I found a space on the same street. I felt very safe and it was great to be just a few steps from the beach!

  This apartment is exactly as described and photographed. It is a nicely designed studio great for up to three people. It is very clean and safe. It is half a block from the beach, which although is not the best beach in Puerto Rico, it is not too crowded and perfect for hanging out and swimming. It is very convenient to all the activities of San Juan and elsewhere in PR. I do recommend renting a car because it makes life easier and rental cars are very cheap in PR. My dad, my boyfriend and I stayed here and it was perfect. I would recommend it to anyone visiting as it is very reasonably priced, well-maintained and in an excellent location. Maria was very quick to respond to all emails and phone calls. She has perfectly clear directions and check-in/out procedures. She is friendly and accommodating as she allowed us to extend our stay. Stay here if you want an awesome place in a great city. Definitely eat at Marmalade, Cafecultura and St. Germaine in Old San Juan. I'm a New Yorker and these places delivered some of the best food I have ever had. Thanks Maria!!!

  The stay was nice. Our room was well equipped and clean. We enjoyed coming back to a nice cool place tor rest after exploring this part of Puerto Rico. It was a good place for my husband and I to get away and be by ourselves for a time.

  Javier went was amazing. We relied on GPS to get us to the apartment and it got us completely lost. After my husband was on the phone with Javier and him trying to talk us through getting there. He told us to stay put and came and got us and had us follow him in! That's amazing customer service in my book :) We stayed in another apartment in the building and it was very nice and comfortable.   If you're not ready to spend your entire savings on a fantastic beach vacation, this place should be at the top of your list! The studio apt. was clean and very comfortable, has everything you need, and is literally a stone's throw to the sands of the Ocean Park beach. The location itself is close to both Isla Verde and Condado, where strips of restaurants and shops abound. However, the famous Kasalta deli/bakery is literally a 4 minute walk, and is always full of every delectable treat or sandwich you could imagine, so you don't really have to go anywhere other than the beach and Kasalta! If you do venture out, you are right by the main highway and can get anywhere very easily. Overall, the place felt like a home away from home. For any future plans I have to return, this will be the place to stay at! Thank you again to the property managers for making our vacation one of the best!

  This was a great little place. My hubby and I stayed there for a week and it was all we needed. The location was excellent - great beach, nice area, good freeway access, etc. Lots of linens and dishes. Nice neighbors and I really felt safe there. Would suggest it to anyone looking to get away.

  What can I say? I told you I needed a nice and relaxing get-away for my birthday and vacation and you delivered! Maria THANK YOU so very much. Puerto Rico has been one of the greatest vacations ever. The area was extremely amazing, my neighbors were very friendly, and the location to the beach was to die for. I think there were only 4 or 5 days out of my 2 weeks I did not go to the beach. Everything was easily walkable, especially if you have no car like I did. Forget a taxi or bus save your money and just walk, lol. I guarantee you next time I decide to go back to Puerto Rico which just may be soon I am staying there. Everything was exactly like in the pictures. Javier the maintenece guy was extremely helpful, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. The property was well maintained and just overall everything a bachelor like myself could ask for! I miss being on the island and having my apartment so close to the beach.   My wife & I had a wonderful vacation last month in Puerto Rico and we enjoyed our rental unit in Ocean Park. It was on a quiet street, just steps away from a very nice beach. The unit was clean and comfortable. All the appliances were almost new or barely used. The location was great. A short drive to the 24-hr supermarket if we needed groceries. There was also a Walgreen's within walking distance when we ran out of sun block. The unit was also close to the old town sight-seeing area. It was our first time in Puerto Rico. Old San Juan was beautiful! We will definitely stay here again and will recommend it to our friends and families!
