  Lovely vacation home! My husband and I loved it... kids loved it. We were greeted by Laci who proceeded to give us thorough review of everything we would need and even followed up during the week. The hospitality was outstanding and much appreciated. we would absolutely visit again!

  Outstanding location, excellent accomodations and service, with many special touches. Condo was as advertised, and not overstated at all. The view is amazing! Lacie, the local property representative, was great to work with and was available for questions throughout our stay. We will be back!!

  This property is everything that it is claimed to be. After searching several other condos in the San Diego area as well as other states, we decided to go to Solana Beach. Could not have been a better choice. Lacie, our property representative contacted us prior to our arrival making arraignments to met us. Lacie was very personable and provided us with information that useful during our stay. The condo was exceptional, beautiful, yet functional. The views and beach very difficult to beat. Solana Beach is a very nice town and San Diego only minutes away. Stongly recommend this this area and property

  From the moment we walked in we were in awe! First of all, the view was extraordinary. Our first afternoon there, we opened a bottle of wine, sat on the balcony overlooking the ocean and saw whales! A great start to 8 more fabulous days at Solana Beach. Lacie welcomed us and made sure we knew where everything was and told us to call anytime if we needed anything at all. She did also call us during our stay to make sure all was going well. The welcome basket was lovely. The condo is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need and more. The bed was so comfortable and the waves lulled us to sleep. Every day was a National Geographic experience watching seals, dolphins, whales and porpoises. The beach was the perfect place to walk and gather shells. Location was perfect for train service as the Coaster and Amtrak were just a short walk away and very reasonably priced. We did rent a car but found the train suited our needs for sightseeing in San Diego. We did drive to places like La Jolla, Carlsbad, etc and to larger shopping malls. One of our favourite restaurants was Poseidon in Del Mar but make a reservation as it was very busy. There are many interesting shops in Solana Beach. One of the highlights was going to a Farmer's Market and purchasing locally made salsa, hummus, chips, etc. We are already planning a trip back (hopefully in 2014) to this beautiful condo. We have also recommended it to friends and family. Thank you for a fabulous vacation in your lovely home, Lauren. It is so beautiful!

  The condo was as advertised,with incredible attention paid to the details by the owners. Flowers, a bottle of wine and some treats on our arrival helped to ensure we would have the vacation we envisioned ! Spacious, very well decorated and the sunsets were outstanding!! We were able to fall asleep to the roar of the ocean crashing onto the beach - what a luxury! Centrally located within walking distance from downtown Solana Beach which had amazing shops, boutiques and cafes. The option to walk to the train station and be in downtown San Diego within 30 minutes and avoid that ridiculously busy freeway - fantastic !! I would highly recommend renting this condo - stay away from the hustle and bustle of the big city - you can't go wrong!

  We had two wonderful weeks of relaxation. After 12 years of staying in Del Mar we decided to try out Solana Beach. WE WILL BE BACK,!!! Quiet and close to everything. Access to the Coaster rail line was a huge plus. We had various family members fly in and out and we had them use the Coaster to and from airport. Daily visits of dolphins were viewed from the deck. Parking was great. Grocery, farmers market and resteraunts all close by.

  This condo is everything it claims to be!! Absolutely stunningly beautiful!! Ocean views are INCREDIBLE as well as listening to the ocean every evening before bed. Grounds and condo were immaculate. My husband, grown daughter and myself loved every bit of the surrounding areas. Great shops nearby in Solana Beach as well as Del Mar. We loved dining at Pacifica in Del Mar, as well as the shops there. Beautiful ocean views and excellent food. The Marine Room in La Jolla was beautiful. Georges On the Cove is a must. We also enjoyed the Poseidon Resatauant for more casual dining right on the water. LaJolla is so wonderful to browse through as well as dine. Property Manager Laci was wonderful and contacting and dealing with the owner was equally as pleasant. We will absolutely return to this condo. We will not stay anywhere else after renting this condo. You will not be disappointed in any way whatsoever. Utube the address and you will see an incredibly accurate video of the condo. Not one thing is misrepresented! Go and enjoy!

  The condo is perfect, really. All the photos realistically portray the areas you will be living in and everything is in great condition. It is very light and airy, and it is a wonderful place to relax. The living area is comfortable with all amenities, video and audio players, and the master bedroom overlooks the ocean as well and you go to sleep with the lull of the waves below. The bath is open with curvaceous walls. The view at this condo goes forever. The property is nicely landscaped, very private and locals come to exercise on the steps to the beach, accessed by the path next to the condo community, which tells you how highly the neighborhood regards this property. The beach below and the cliffs are very interesting and while we were there in May we saw schools of dolphins, a frolicking seal and lots of surfers, sometimes just sitting in the ocean watching the dolphins. The cute town of Solana Beach is within walking distance and there are wonderful shops, good restaurants and a very nice Farmers Market with fresh produce, fruit and fresh pasta to take home and prepare while you bbq on the deck. Sprouts was a nice grocery nearby. San Diego proper is a close drive down the freeway or 101 and near all the main sights like Coronado, Mission Beach and the beautiful hike through Torrey Pines. We enjoyed touring around and seeing everything but loved coming home to Solana Beach and THAT VIEW. We thought about staying in Mission Beach or Bay but we are so glad we stayed a little farther north. The Sbicca restaurant at Del Mar was a favorite. The service wonderful and friendly, great Italian food and sitting on the deck was nice. We also enjoyed Tower 23 with the good food and the show on the boardwalk of passersby. The Cottage in la Jolla was fantastic for brunch. Lacey, our property manager, was really warm and helpful with the few questions we had, including the lighting, which can be a little tricky to figure out. Absolutely we would recommend this condo and we are hoping to go back in the near future.

  Our stay exceeded all of our expectations. The condo was beautiful and the views were breathtaking! It was conveniently located - just a short drive to San Diego and, to our surprise, was only a short walk to the Amtrak Station. We took Amtrak for a couple of day trips to LA. We enjoyed eating on the balcony in the evenings while we watched the dolphins and the gorgeous Pacific coast sunsets. We called this condo ... a little taste of paradise!

  My family spent a wonderful week at this condo at the end of March, and it exceeded our expectations. The location and views were phenomenal and the condo was luxurious, completely updated and incredibly comfortable. The unit sits high on a rocky cliff some 150 feet above the beach below, which provides a one of kind view. The beach can be accessed by descending 132 stairs, which turned out to be a great workout! Both the living room and master bedroom have sliding glass doors leading to the balcony. The kitchen is well appointed and the washer/dryer in unit was a big plus. The unit comes with 2 parking spaces in adjacent parking garage, which was very convenient and only steps to the condo. The compound's heated pool and hot tub were very clean and well cared for and the 4 tennis courts were great (2 rackets were provided, a nice perk). Upon arrival we received a thoughtful gift basket with delicious snacks and a wonderful bottle of Pinot Noir. Unexpected courtesies like that make a lasting impression. We wouldn't think twice about staying here again.
