Large, private, lodge(12,000 square foot home) located on Peak 7 in Breckenridge. Natural grounds of ten acres overlooking the Continental Divide, will accommodate 24+ people, with private parking area for all. We have 12 bedrooms,15 baths, Newly Updated Guest kitchen, and 12,000 square feet of living space
Perfect for family vacations, weddings, reunions, and group gatherings, the Lodge is quaint with a large central area surrounding the fire place and view. Catering is available within the lodge for dining needs. The Lodge is very clean with no clutter-feels like your home right away!
Winter offers excellent skiing, and all related activities. Summer offers an equal amount of activities: weather, scenery, and fun are the main attractions. We have No bugs or humidity! One and a half hours drive from Denver International Airport, the drive and setting are breathtaking.

Right from the High Country Lodge we have an experienced Mountain bike and hiking trail that extend up to 500 miles. You could bike/hike to Denver or Durango

Why the Owner Chose Private Homes
I bought this beautiful vacation home on Peak 7 because it is so peaceful and quite with amazing views and wildlife. It has always been my passion to fix up and restore older buildings. This one needed alot of love, and it got it.
The Unique Benefits at this Large Private Home
I just love how much different it is than being in town. Yet we are only about 10 minutes to town or ski. Much more quite.

My wife and I have beeen taking care of the Lodge now for almost 10 years. I have been in Breckenridge for 20 years and skiing the resorts since 1975. I still think Breck is the best mountain in the area.
I am also a chef here at the Lodge and would enjoy the oppurtunity to cook for you and your guests while you stay with us.
