  Our party of 10 enjoyed our ten day stay in this villa in Mar 2012. It’s 100% true to the photos shown on the website, nicely appointed and well equipped. It was well-stocked, fresh and clean and even though our party was quite large, we had plenty of room. It was great to have a private pool and spa with no homes behind us. The games room was a great touch and my sons really enjoyed having that as a break from the theme parks. The villa is located in a nice community that is new and well kept. It is close to several large supermarkets and lots of places to dine. It is easy to get to Disney in particular, however, it is just as easy to get to Universal Studios and Sea World. The owners were prompt in communicating with us and very professional. We did not have any need to contact the management company and had a most enjoyable stay here!

  Great time had by all here! We were in town for a wedding at Disney and thought this would be the perfect setting to relax and catch up with family and friends. We had no idea how close we’d be to access the parks, it was under a 5 minute drive. So close and convenient. The home itself offers so much room and was very nicely equipped and the community features are also outstanding. I would certainly stay here again. I would also recommend this home to anyone looking for a safe, clean, spacious home in a great resort community. I do recommend getting the pool heated. The weather was warm during our stay, but the pool water was chilly. Pool heat took the chill out of the water so we could really enjoy it and get maximum use out of it.

  Our family and friends really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. The community was nice and quiet and convenient to the parks and restaurants. The home was so spacious, nicely furnished and super clean. The rate was so reasonable, making it a tremendous value for all the room and features you receive with this home rental. You can tell the owners take a lot of pride in their home. That same level of integrity shows in their business practices as well with their (beyond) fair pricing and the kind and friendly service they provide. Highly recommend! We're certainly looking forward to returning.

  This house rental was so relaxing and enjoyable. Although though staying on Disney property certainly has some advantages, renting your own home cannot get any better than this! If you want a relaxing vacation w/ your own private pool, I recommend this home and company. Our children, nieces and nephews were keen to just play in the pool after a three long days of doing the parks. We did go to Seaworld for a day and Magic Kingdom for two, it was a short drive about 15 minutes to Sea World, about 10 mins to Disney. Publix super markets are everywhere for easy access to grocery stores. After being spoiled in this huge house, I really can’t imagine staying in a hotel or even condo rental again, even if it is on Disney grounds. The 10 minute drive there is nothing. It sure beats waiting for and sitting on that crowded Disney bus. Pack light. You can always wash your clothes in you the washer/dryer. And don’t go crazy making plans like we did and buying tickets. Everyone may be just as happy if not more simply hanging out together and spending quality time at the house. That’s what happened to us!

  I would like to take this time to thank you and your staff. The home was truly incredible. We felt right at home. It was very clean, roomy, and so beautifully decorated. We couldn’t have asked for more. It was an absolute delight to be able to lounge by the pool and enjoy the day together. In the future we plan to make these arrangements again and will most certainly call on you. Thank you again.

  Ten of us adults enjoyed this gorgeous house and were totally comfortable with more than enough room. There were 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, TVs in all the rooms, a game room, huge covered patio, our own pool and hot tub. The house was just beautiful and had a really large open kitchen. It’s close to Disney, the Lake Buena Vista area and not a far drive to Universal either. Can’t get over the fact that we stayed here for around $15 per person a night. Besides the pool heat we added on for the hot tub, there were no added fees either, just tax. Seriously. The lodging was one of the best parts of the whole trip…and by far…the least expensive! Love it! This is the only way to vacation in a busy city like Orlando!

  Me and my family recently stayed at this beautiful home and it was fantastic. The location is convenient to Disney, restaurants and shops but yet secluded enough to relax and enjoy your vacation. The pool is a good size and the house is very spacious and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the ability to fish right their in the backyard. i would strongly suggest this house as a vacation spot going forward.
