Snow isn't required for a good time in Mammoth Lakes.This summer try activities which can include horses, inner tubes, fishing poles, golf and tennis balls, hiking boots and two wheeled vehicles but not all at once. After activities return to this sunny, two bedroom condominium with all of the comforts of home conveniently located in the Canyon Lodge area. We are close to everything and located within walking distance of the Village for shopping and fine dining or just settle back and relax. Rest assured that Crestview 23 covers the three C's for your stay- clean, comfortable and convenient.
Our cozy two bedroom, two bathroom condo sleeps six. There is free WiFi throughout our unit as well as the entire complex.
The condo features a great room with comfortable modular seating and a wood burning fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, a dining area that can seat up to 10 and a quiet alcove for reading (books too!) There are family oriented games and videos if the HBO and other movie channels have nothing you are interested in. The main deck has views of Mammoth Rock and the Sherwins- an awesome spot for breakfast in the summer or after activities cocktails. The second bedroom has another private deck.
There is a master suite with a Cal king bed and an en suite bathroom with a full sized bathtub. A large bureau and a closet will store all your stuff out of the way and a flat screen tv and dvd player are there as well.
Our other bedroom has two twin beds, a large closet, a tv/dvd and its own deck. The main bathroom has a separate wc/shower from the powder room.
Guests have use of a ski/board locker next to the parking garage and one spot in the garage is reserved just for you. Free town shuttle stops right outside our building.
Our common area has many amenities: dry sauna, spa, showers, changing areas, a pay-to-play pool table and video games(coin op), wifi, large tv, coin op washers/dryers and, in the summer, a tennis court and bike racks.

What a wonderful apartment! Everything as promised and more - many hotel-like amenities, such as travel toiletries provided, with all the conveniences of home. We have two daughters and each bedroom & bathroom were on opposite sides of the main living area allowing them to have their side and us to have ours. Well heated and the apartment always stayed warm even when it got down to 10 at night, Very spacious with underground parking and only 2 minutes from the slopes. Very clean and well kept and organized. Whenever we had questions the owner always responded promptly. Highly recommended!!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

This is the second time we've stayed at this condo. The property is clean, well kept all that. It's not high end posh granite counter tops, but has everything you need, including lots of pillows and blankets, jacuzzi, covered parking, etc. The best thing about it is the view out the back. It looks out onto a woody area where the kids can play and sled safely. You don't see any other buildings. Additionally, it's very centrally located on the Canyon Lodge loop right off the main road. The owner was very responsive and helpful. We had a great trip and would definitely go back.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children.

Crestview 23 worked very well for us on our recent trip to Mammoth. The unit is very nice, clean and spacious. The living room is very nice and comfortable with great lighting for reading, which is not common in many places we have stayed. The kitchen is well equipped. The location is extremely convenient between Canyon Lodge and Village. It is very close to stops on the blue line, so we used the bus to get to and from the mountain. It has indoor parking which is very nice, when it snows. Lynna was very helpful and responsive answering my questions. We enjoyed our stay and would certainly stay there again on our next trip to Mammoth.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

We first stayed here earlier this month with friends and are very happy to be going back during Spring Break with our grandchildren. From the minute we walked in the door we felt at home. The condo is spacious, light, and very well laid out, with top notch furnishings and appliances, lots of privacy, tasteful (but not overly fussy) decor, wonderful beds and everything you could possibly need to make your stay relaxed and enjoyable. Great location and amenities, and underground parking, but what meant the most to me were all the thoughtful touches, like lots of condiments and dishes and pans and books and games. You can really cook here and save some money on meals.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

My family of five (2 adults and 3 kids) just returned from our four day stay in Mammoth. This condo was a great place for us to stay. We arrived in sunny weather to very clean and comfortable accomodations. The condo is spacious and slept the five of us very comfortably. It is centrally located between Canyon Lodge and the Village. Shala was very helpful and made renting this property easy. My family and I will definitley be back!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

Have stayed in this condo twice, and both times were a great experience. Everything was comfortable and well maintained. The location is great, and the view of Mammoth Rock is outstanding. Was there in the summer, easy access in and out to get to lakes and hikes. Proximity to Canyon Lodge a huge plus. Can't wait to go back.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

We parked our car in weather protected underground parking and didn't use it again until it was time to drive home. This property is conveniently located on the FREE bus line offering frequent rides to the ski area and the gondola in the 'village'. The condo is well appointed with all conveniences one would possibly need! The bedrooms are nicely separated allowing privacy. Two outdoor decks add to the spacious ambiance. A great place for a ski vacation! We have stayed in this unit several times and really enjoyed the condo. It is centrally located between Canyon Lodge & The Village, with a ski bus stop nearby. The condo has underground parking. The unit is well furnished with a king size bed in the master bedroom. We arrived to an immaculate, comfortable and extremely convenient condo. We have stayed in many places in Mammoth that are sub par- this condo is awesome. The location is great. Views are beautiful. The kitchen makes our meals super fun group events. The proximity to the Village and its shops, restaurants, clubs and of course Nevados Restaurant makes it a great choice as well. The free shuttle up to the mountain right outside the door doesn't suck. All amenities are as listed: sauna, jacuzzis(views are awesome), washer, dryer, decks, wood burning stove, linens,etc... Can't wait to go back!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

About the owner: I am a retired teacher who loves to spend time in Mammoth. I also enjoy travelling and exploring new places. My main residence is in southern Orange County - the best of two worlds
Why the Owner Chose Crestview:
Our family purchased the condo because we were spending at least two weeks a year here and were looking forward to spending tons more time without mooching off of our friends who owned other properties. We love the area and keep finding more fun things to do here. (see below)
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Fresh air, awesome hikes and beautiful lakes are all waiting to be discovered. A favorite day: Wake up, get coffee, go for a walk, go: snowshoeing or hiking (w/lunch) or skiing or mountain biking, or snowboarding or shopping or fishing or telemarking or offroading or watching live music or sight seeing.....whatever. After any of the above activities jacuzzi and sauna or just a relaxing massage and lunch. The afternoon is to finish what you started in the morning, followed by dinner at Nevado's, and then great night's sleep in the mountain air. Repeat the next day.
