The accomodations are perfect for two people. Everything was as described and very clean. The neighborhood is extremely nice & so quiet. We would definitely stay here again.Recommended for: People with disabilities, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+.

My wife and I stayed here for two weeks in September. It was a good value and the unit is located in a nice residential neighborhood -- a short walk or bike ride to the old New Smyrna Beach downtown area. It is an affordable alternative to a standard hotel room or condo. Best of all, we had to alter our travel plans while we were there, and the owners were very accommodating to our needs.Recommended for: Age 55+.

My family wanted to have a home off the beach yet still close to the beach. We found this extremely large house in the historic district. We love walking through the neighborhood and beside the Intracoastal and going to all the shops and galleries downtown. We hope you'll enjoy it too
