This home is directly across the street from Racquet Park and Health Center. The health center has indoor pool and locker rooms with sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi.
This executive rental provides all of luxuries from home in a casual beach setting. This 3000 square foot home has been professionally decorated and includes temperpedic style beds, Egyptian cotton bedding and a completely outfitted bar area. The kitchen has a glass backsplash with granite countertops, three sets of tableware and all the amenities to suit a gourmet. The master suite and guest room are upstairs while the children's room is off the kitchen. The children's room doubles as an entertainment area with futons below each bunkbed. Flat screen televisions are in each bedroom and the den. You can rock on the front porch while children play or bicycle in the quiet cul-de-sac. The back deck provides a relaxing place to grill and eat, while the patio area down below is a private place to relax or read. The open floor plan of the house is very bright and airy with a large welcoming living room with game table and gas fireplace. The large teak dining table with seagrass chairs provides a wonderful place to gather around after a long busy day. The furnishings are brand new, as is the very private outdoor shower behind the garage. There is a ping pong table for the kids, along with four bicycles, two beginner surfboards and a kayak that can be used in Red Maple Lake which you can see from the deck. It is a 7 minute walk to the beach, with six beach chairs and two umbrellas provided. WiFi and domestic phone calls are included.

This was the perfect home for us to spend the week in preparation for our daughters wedding. We hosted 2 breakfasts with 27 and 48 people and the home was perfect. The flow and comfort was great...plenty of amenities...quiet and comfortable!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway, pet owners, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We spent a long weekend at the end of October in this house... it is great. We had three couples and enjoyed the home so much. The living areas are so spacious and the kitchen is very well equipped. The home is very nicely decorated and we stayed "in" more because the house is so nice! The back deck is enjoyable, especially being able to dine outside with such wonderful deck furniture and a great grill. The garage is well stocked with many items to enjoy ... bikes, boards, ping pong. We had a great time and hope to go back sometime!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We just spent Christmas week at this beautiful home. We had a wonderful time and the house was fabulous. My father was able to sit by the big window and read, we made amazing meals in a well stocked kitchen and my son played ping pong for hours. Although we are not golfers, we found so much to do. A great house and great location.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

About: We welcome you to our beautiful home! It has provided us a wonderful place to golf, bicycle, kayak and enjoy the beach. We love to fill our home with family and friends. Unfortunately, we cannot use it as much as we would like. We hope you enjoy and care for it as your own!
Why Villas of Amelia Island:
We've been coming to Amelia Island Plantation since 1999 when we bought a condo. We come four times a year with our teenage children who continue to find new ways to enjoy themselves. Being in a gated community, children have the freedom to do things independently while we have the peace of mind that they are safe. There is no better beach, and with three golf courses and 23 tennis courts you can always book a tee or court time!
The Unique Benefits at this House:
Our home is casual, yet luxurious. It was decorated and furnished for our use, not as rental property. The furnishings are all excellent quality and everyone says it feels elegant and welcoming. Unlike a condo, we have lots of windows and bright light. We are centrally located, with a five minute walk to the tennis courts, fitness center and Veranda restaurant while we are a seven minute walk to the beach. We love the outdoor living space and outdoor shower. The front of the house with its lush green vegetation on the quiet cul-de-sac does not look like you are 450 yards to the beach.
