  The condo is so cozy and comfortable. Our trip to Grandfather Mountain and the loop trail around the Lake Julian were beautiful, we had so much fun here. My parents in law were impressed by the condo and the whole surrounding; I definitely recommend it to my friends, My wife and I also look forward to coming back in the future.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+.

  The place is very clean and cozy. It feels just like home away from home. We especially enjoy the hot tub at the club house after za long day of skiing and snowboarding at Sugar Mountain. Thus, the view from the balcony in the morning is so refreshing. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

  We recently visited the Boone/Blowing Rock area for a short getaway before the arrival of our first child. We found the condo to be extremely clean and in a great central location just a few miles away from all the shops and restaurants. The condo had everything we needed and seemed less like a rental and more like a home. Very relaxing stay in a nice location.

  We just came back from our Christmas vocation. We all so glad we chose this wonderful condo. The condo is sparkling clean, smells great, has all the necessity and more the family might need. It is also very well decorated with that unique mountain touch. My daughter called the bear ottoman/bench Fluffy. Very cozy and homey and perfectly located to anything in that area - Hawksnest, Beech mountain, Sugar mountain, Appalachian ski mountain. We explored them all. Thank you very much. We would like to come back.

  I really appreciate being able to take a last-minute getaway! I called to book this unit Thursday night and in less than 24 hours, I was on the couch relaxing! The first thing I noticed was the fall smell of apple spice. This is not just a rental, it is made to feel like a home. It is so clean and cozy! The bedding is super comfortable and I enjoyed sleeping with just a screen between me and mother nature. The master bedroom opens to a beautiful private deck (that's covered) overlooking a wooded area with great views! Thanks to all the kitchen supplies, I was able to make cookies, too, which was a nice treat! This weekend allowed me to relax which is exactly what I needed. The community is beautiful and conveniently located right between Banner Elk and Boone. I can't wait to come back to visit your lovely home away from home! Thanks again!

  This is a great condo with all of the comforts of home! The layout works great for a family or for friends traveling together. Centrally located between Boone and Banner Elk. The condo was spotless, well furnished and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub! Hope to return soon for another visit. You feel at home as soon as you walk through thru front door!

  We've stayed in a number of vacation rentals. This one, in many ways, was the very best. It was exceptionally fresh and clean. The floor plan is excellent. You will not feel cramped here. The owners provide all the basics, including plenty of sheets and towels--very nice ones, I might add, and toilet paper and paper towels. The furniture is comfortable, functional, and attractive. The decorations are not overbearingly cutesy. Instead, you feel as if you are in a real home. The covered deck is large and overlooks a wooded area with no other houses directly behind. The mountain views are great and the hummingbirds entertained us every time we sat outside. And you get all of this for less than a quality hotel room. I recommend this condo whole-heartedly.

  We had a great time staying at this cozy and charming condo. It was very clean and we enjoyed the comfortable beds. Our son had a blast in the swimming pool and fishing (even though they were not biting)! Very convenient to Boone with just a 10 min. drive. Thanks for making your place available at an affordable price!

  This property was great in every way. Spotlessly clean, well-maintained, very pretty decor, fantastic location, and a wonderful owner to rent from. We loved that we had a great view without having to go too far off the beaten path. It is centrally located to Boone, Grandfather, and Banner Elk. The owner was also most helpful when I left an item in the condo after checking out, making several calls and letting me know that the item was found and being sent back to me. I will definitely be recommending this condo to friends, and we will make plans to come back next year.

  We loved the place. It had enough space for the four of us. The kitchen had everything we needed to feel at home. The view was breathtaking and we were able to see Grandfather Mountain from the patio. The location is perfect. We were only minutes away from every tourist attraction. It had everything we needed and then some. My children had a blast at the indoor pool and the fishing ponds. I could go on and on. We will be back!!!!!
