This property is very spacious, all you need to bring are your clothes and enjoy.
A large Jacuzzi next to the large screened swimming pool for unwinding after a day at the beach or golfing. All bedrooms feature TV and VCR combo for your viewing pleasure.
This house is great for entertaining. There is a formal living and dining area and a separate family room and kitchen with a large eating area. Or dine by the pool in the completely screened swimming pool. A large game room with a nice pool table, TV, stereo, karaoke, etc. completes the area. Our 4-bedroom 3 bath home will comfortably accommodate a family of 10. It is also perfect for three couples traveling together, or as a romantic and extra-spacious getaway for two.
We are located in a private neighborhood on a non through street with your own dock for the boat or fishing (boat rental also available close home) that is just few minutes from Fred Howard Park. This park was first opened in 1966 and is located at the end of a mile long causeway west of Florida Ave. in Tarpon Springs. This is a beautiful beach area where the swimming and sunbathing are excellent. The facilities include, very nice sheltered picnic areas, playgrounds for the kids, restrooms, Bar-B-Q grills, and beach showers. Bring your fishing poles and your wind surfers. This beach has added some benches for catching rays and viewing the magnificent sunsets. There is also a special area for fishing. Anderson Park, on Tarpon Lake is located less than three miles away. Sunset Beach is two miles away.
The house is centrally located in Holiday just north of Clearwater beach.
And North Tarpon Spring It is one of the oldest cities on the Florida West Coast. The Greeks first settled this area and started the Sponge Diving Industry.
Visitors can enjoy the authentic Greek food in the more than 20 restaurants, shop in the sponge and souvenir stores, and board cruise boats for half day or day trips for casino gambling or fishing.
Jet ski rentals are nearby as are boat rentals.

This house was so much fun to stay in. We were close to many beaches. We hosted a dinner party for 13 and we had everything we could possibly need in the kitchen. We had fun using the pool and the game room. The only problem we encountered was the mold in the hottub. It was unuseable during our stay. However, the concierge was very responsive to our needs and we were so happy to meet him. I plan to rent this house again!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

The house is comfortable and with many amenities, the outdoors are great and the owners are very nice and helpful people. Our family was very happy, great vacations. Thanks.Recommended for: Families with young children.

My families stay here was very enjoyable. The home was very nice, far more beautiful than what was pictured. I would recommend more photos of the property. The Owner was very helpful, her grounds keeper was only a phone call away with any problems concerning the property. We went to the local Mall, went to Fred Howard Beach, and Clearwater, which was only a short distance from the property. We also went sightseeing int New Port Richey and bought souvineers, and had snacks at the local Greek bakery. I would recommend this property and hope to visit again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.
