Built in 2009 this serene luxurious villa is a stone throw from the beach. Wake up to the sunrise, watch whales swim by, listen to the waves roll onto the beach. Spend the day walking, swimming, exploring, then finish up star gazing while relaxing in the jacuzzi.
Marble floors throughout the home. The ocean facing Living Room and Dinning room have pocket doors that disappear blending the outside with the inside. Sitting between these two rooms is the private pool and jacuzzi and a large terrace with additional dinning and living features.
Tucked behind the living room is a family room a screen back projection TV area with a games room and library mezzanine.
The spacious master bedroom is on the second floor, has a king bed and endless views to the ocean. The en-suite bathroom has double sinks and shower with views onto the beach below.
Also on the second floor are two other large bedrooms. One with a full size bed the other with two twin size beds divided by a wall. Each of these beds had a trundle bed. All bedrooms are have en-suite bathrooms with showers.
The fourth bedroom is on the first floor with an adjacent private terrace a twin trundle bed and en-suite bathroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped with freezer, refrigerator, ice maker, purified water, espresso machine, blender, double oven and a Pizza Oven on the terrace off the kitchen. Integrated into the large family kitchen is a dinning area, television and computer area.
There is a separate TV room with 52” television and Sky satellite system. WiFi throughout the house.
Minimum stay is seven nights. Mid-stay cleanings during rental, personal chef and concierge services are available at an additional cost upon request.

About the owner: We are a family of five and have lived in Los Cabos for twenty years. We built our dream home Casa Coral in 2009. We often go camping, hiking and bicycling or picnic on the beach below us.
