Casa Chorro is less than a 5 minute walk to the Jardin. It is on the highest street in Centro and has absolutely amazing views from every level. It has a gorgeous open-air courtyard with fruit and vegetable trees and two exquisite fountains. It is fully equipped, has a mexican tiled kitchen, purified water system, wireless internet and cable tv. There is a great fireplace that anchors the living area.

There are 2 bedrooms and 2 full-baths. The upstairs bedroom has a boveda ceiling with floor to ceiling windows. From the bed, you can see all of San Miguel and the view gets even better on the top of the Casa where there is a lovely blue jacuzzi, lounge chairs and an Indonesian sunshade crafted with bamboo from the garden. The roof, the top bedroom and the main level all of perfect views of San Miguel and the Parroquia.

The home has a very unique entrance and is extremely private, yet on the best street in town. Its also a five minute walk to Parque Juarez.

Downstairs in the courtyard is a piano room with an amazing electric piano. The windows in the piano room all open fully so its as though you are playing outside in the garden. And if you are not a pianist yourself, the piano can play by itself, music which will charm your every sense.

Outside the kitchen is another fountain with 3 levels, surrounded by bouganivillea. There is also an office space off from the Master bedroom, surrounded by windows that overlook the entire Village. The home was built and designed by a Doctor from California who lived in San Miguel for many years and he crafted this home to perfection.

There is a full-time housekeeper and a gardener who comes 3 times per week.
