  I can't think of a better place to live for two weeks like Parisians. The apartment in a quiet area, was lovely with all the amenities we needed. Fantastic views, friendly neighborhood and a convenient location to all the highlights of Paris. We walked to the Seine, the Latin Quarter, the catacombs, Notre Dame, the Pantheon, Orsay and the Natural History museum. We did it all. The best part of our location was getting fresh baked croissants at a fabulous bakery every morning... 11 steps from the front door!! A grocery store and open air market within 2 blocks was very helpful. Best dinner was at Chez Trassoudaine, 3 Place Nationale. Paul and Sylvie were so gracious and answered all our questions. Paul even got us a last minute taxi to the airport when the one we had booked didn't show. We will stay here again, when we return to Paris.

  I have I recently vacationed in Paris with my two daughters and my sister. We were greeted, with grace and charm, by the owners of this magnificent apartment. The apartment is etherial, and is the perfect place to stay if you want to visit Paris authentically. The apartment is quite large. It has very comfortable bedrooms and modern bathrooms. The detail in the crown mouldings will bring you to tears--a "Work of Art". The views from the windows are breath--taking, including a view of the Eiffel Tower, and also an amazing Chapel. The Latin Quarter is spectacular. There are many local cafes, bakeries, butchers, florists etc...Paris IS the most beautiful city in the world. There are not enough words to describe how beautiful our experience was. My ancestors were originally from Paris, and even though I live in Canada now, I can honestly call Paris my home!!!!! This experience in Paris was the most incredible experience I have every had!!!! I am so grateful!!!

  My husband and I stayed at this fabulously luxurious apartment in the 5th arrondissement this Fall, and we had the time of our lives. The location is ideal to live like Parisians: the beautiful Luxembourg Gardens are a 2 minute walk away, there is a wonderful open-air farmers' market just outside the door 3 days a week. The apartment has a stunning living room with great views of Paris for lounging, very comfortable bedrooms, super-modern bathrooms (and lots of hot water), and a very usable kitchen. There's even an Eiffel Tower view from the second bathroom! The owners were kind and attentive, and even introduced us to their superstar butcher when we arrived there. We highly recommend the experience!

  My husband, myself and our three grown children just spent ten days in this wonderful apartment. The location was excellent-very peaceful, residential neighborhood, but very close to metro & bus lines, and lively Latin Quarter. The owners of the apartment, Paul & Sylvie were delightful and most helpful both at our time of arrival with a personal tour of the apartment and neighborhood, and throughout our stay with recommendations and even reservations at their favorite restaurants. The apartment is in a beautiful old building, with very generous living space- filled with art, books, music and numerous french doors which flood the rooms with sunlight. Truly a delight- we hope to return on our next trip to Paris!

  My family and I just got home from a half week's stay here. The apartment was wonderful, Paul and Sylvie were very accommodating, and the location was perfect. Five minutes from the train and within walking distance to Notre Dame. I highly recommend this apartment! There is even a partial view of the Eiffwl Tower!

  Great place to stay for Paris lovers : awesome view, ideally located (5th & 6th districts). The apartment is clean, quiet, well-equipped with a very nice french touch mixing contemporary and more traditional setting. We didn't need to test restaurants as we enjoyed having diner and feeling "at home" : downstairs you will find more shops than necessary : bakeries, fruits and vegies, cheese, wine, ... everything. We spent one week visiting art galleries and museums, walking in Paris streets all the day. If you don't want to walk, public transportation is very close to the apartment. Owner helpful and very kind.

  My family of 6 rented this apartment for 2 weeks in July 2011. We looked for a long time to find an apartment that was spacious, beautiful, and conveniently located. This apartment was perfect. Paul and Sylvie were wonderful hosts. They were kind and warm and went out of their way to make sure our stay was enjoyable. (They both speak very good English.) Paul gave us a short tour of the neighborhood, pointing out the best baker, butcher, grocery store, and restaurants. They even had a bottle of champagne chilling in the refrigerator when we arrived. The apartment is beautifully appointed (luxurious bedding, fully equipped kitchen, wonderful artwork, and fanciful lighting.) In short, it was exactly how we imagined a beautiful apartment in Paris to look and feel. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The apartment is only a few blocks from the metro and Luxembourg Gardens. Travelling with children, it was nice to be so close to the park (where we ran, relaxed, and sailed miniature sailboats in the reflecting pool.) A small market near the metro (open Tues. and Thurs) and the large outdoor market in Montmartre are within walking distance. When we booked the apartment, I felt a bit uncomfortable wiring money in advance. But everything was handled quite professionally and our security deposit check was returned uncashed. I have absolutely no hesitation recommending this apartment. Enjoy your stay!

  This rental exceeded our expectations in every way. Your hosts. Paul and Sylvie, are warm and welcoming and extremely helpful, knowledgeable and have gone the extra mile to provide anything you need to enhance your stay. They showed us around the neighborhood, took us to the local butcher, bakery( right outside the front door), produce store, made terrific suggestions for good and reasonably priced restaurants and provided a great deal of information on visiting Paris. . The apartment is absolutely stunning. The ultimate Parisian "home away from home". Situated in a lovely quiet neighborhood... just the perfect place to return to at the end of a busy day in Paris. Everything you need is right on the street where you are staying. We also loved the amazing open air market just down the street. It is very centrally located for sightseeing and easy access to the bus or metro. It was clean, well maintained, , filled with books, music, art, and a breathtaking view out the large windows. It is full of light and and more spacious than probably anyplace you might find in Paris. This apartment is more beautiful than the on line pictures.! We would love to return to this exceptional apartment.. and experience. I have traveled extensively and rented many homes and villas in my life . This was one of the best!

  We stayed at this apartment on Easter of this year and we can affirm that we wouldn't find a better place to stay. This is a very well equipped apartment, wide and very comfortable, with an excellent location and very cosy. We were 5 persons and we were very very comfortable and there were place for more. It is located just ten minutes walking to the Boulevard Saint Michel and Boulevard Saint Germain and it has all you can need around, groceries store, pharmacy, bakery and more. The owners of the apartment are very nice persons, of excellent treatment and very attentive. Undoubtedly we would rent this place again in a next trip to Paris
