  Great vacation home. It is fully equipped and air conditioned. Large comfortable yard. The yard was great for our dog. We thought the home was nicer than the pictures. We our planning to visit again.

  We stayed here for 4 nights (8/2, 3, 4, 5) and we were very pleased with what this home offered both in amenities and in location. The huge backyard was great for our 2 dogs. The home could present some problems for a large group because it only has one bathroom for three of the bedrooms (the other bathroom is in the master bedroom suite and is elegant). This was not a problem for us as all of the other guests with us were part of the same family. The availability of excellent A/C was a necessity and much appreciated as we had temps over 100. The next time we will plan to be in Medford (and/or Jacksonville) we will definitely look to stay there again.

  If you are looking for a house that will accommodate a large group, (we had 7 and there was room to spare!) near Medford, Ashland, Phoenix, Talent or any of the surrounding area this is the place for you!! The house was amazing, huge back yard room to grill and relax. comfy front yard very decorative. Its close to the city and feels more country. It is very secluded in a very nice neighborhood. This is Location Location Location!! Kitchen was completely stocked with all we needed to cook and serve with. The living room had pleanty of room for all of us to sit comfortably . I grew up in the area and was able to invite some of my high school friends over I had not seen in several years. We had ample room to have a comfortable visit. The bedrooms were wonderful, the master bedroom was the most awesome room in the house and all the beds were very comfortable!! Even tho we were 5 states from home we slept into the late morning even with kids in the house!! I can't say enough good about this place ! I highly recommend it to anyone who wants a great location and a big place to stay! I will look into this again when I come back.

  The pictures shown are very accurate except for the back yard - it is more beautiful. We couldn't wait to pour a glass of wine and head outside to enjoy the beauty and serenity of the back yard. The house was very comfortable, clean and well stocked with everything we could have needed. The owner went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and was very accommodating. The location was great - just a few miles from Jacksonville and the Applegate Valley and wineries. There is so much to do in this area that it was hard to fit it all in - probably shouldn't have spent so much time enjoying the back yard! Highlights of the trip for me was the Hellgate Jet Boat Tour out of Grants Pass, a visit to the Dogs for the Deaf Facility in Central Point and the historic town of Jacksonville. Thank you for a wonderful stay in Medford.

  We went to Medford during Christmas to meet our friends' family. When we arrived, we found that a Christmas tree was already set up in the living room. We have young children and they all liked the Christmas tree. The house is extremely clean. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is well furnished. There is everything you need for cooking. The appliances are brand-new and top-notch. The bathrooms are great. The property is not very far from Crater Laker and we actually took a one-day round-trip to and from Crater Lake. The property owner is very friendly and helpful. This is really a very nice place to stay. Hightly recommended.

  We came from Colorado, Indiana, and Montana to attend a wedding in Medford. Our party included my wife and I, my brother and his wife, and his son and his family; in all, six adults and one youngster. Everyone found the place to be clean, pleasant, and comfortable. One evening we hosted a dinner party for another brother and his family, a sister and her family, and a cousin and her husband. The house and patio provided sufficient space for dining and visiting and the kitchen was completely furnished with sufficient cookware and place settings so that the whole affair went off without a hitch. I suspect that we used everything on the property but the patio grill and everything was well maintained and worked. There were the right number of beds, there were sufficient amenities, and the house was within a few minutes of anywhere we wanted to go. It was, in short, a perfect fit.

  We stayed here over Thanksgiving weekend this year and had our extended family meet us at this lovely house for a wonderful and relaxing family, holiday gathering for four days. This house was the absolutely perfect location. The house is very accomodating, with just the right mixture of comfort and luxury and very conveniently located to explore the beautiful area. We felt right at home from the very first evening in this cozy and inviting home. The accomodations are spacious, well-furnished, the kitchen is well-equipped and the home is extremely clean and well-kept with lovely landscaping and the interior is stylishly decorated. We really enjoyed it and would highly recommend this home on your next visit to the Medford, Ashland and/or the Jacksonville area for an enjoyable and memorable visit.

  We met our children and grand daughter here while attending a family wedding in Medford, and were ready to move it forever! This is a lovely house with a large yard for our two Aussies, very well appointed in every way and extremely comfortable.The appliances were top notch, also. We cooked in one night, and you know how some rentals have a drawer with a spatula, wooden spoon and pot holder? This kitchen had everything! It was a wonderful gathering spot and we look forward to staying here again in the future. Patty couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. A great place, highly recommended.

  We really enjoyed this home and the comfort that it offered. Beds were wonderful. The kitchen well stocked and furnished. It has everything you need. We sat outside in the back yard on the patio in the early morning and late afternoon. The location is good, but you will have to drive to Jacksonville, Medford or Ashland. Not an issue if you have a car.

  This was an exceptional place for us to stay while visiting family nearby. Easy access to the river, Britt, Jacksonville, Ashland. The home was lovely. Plenty of space. We easily entertained 11 for dinner and no one stepped on another's toes! Well designed to welcome dogs. Both indoor and outdoor space well thought out. Will definitely revisit.
