Million Dollar GULF FRONT Condo at Pointe Santo de Sanibel, the most beautiful complex on the Island. E25 is constantly changing with new fabrics, furnishings and amenities. This is not a typical rental condo. Instead, plan on enjoying furnshings from all the big names including Baker Furniture Co., Bernhardt, Century, Kravet and more. Your vacation should be as nice if not better than being at home and E25 strives to bring that extra bit of luxury to your stay.
Fine linens, excellent mattresses, and a variety of pillow types are available for your sleep comfort.
The fully equipped kitchen has granite counters and stainless appliances.
WIFI, best selling books, beach chairs, toys and towels are provided so you only have to worry about brining your own swim suit and sun screen. We also provide a portable crib and high chair for your convenience. Each room has its own TV and dvd player.

Tennis, beach volleyball, gas grills, tiki huts and children's programs are available to our guests or hop on a bike path and experience Sanibel's fabulous shopping, restaurants and wildlife. Our stay was absolutly wonderful. The view was gorgeous and the condo was clean and extremly comfortable. All state of the art amenities...granite countertops, flat screen TVs, WiFi etc. Very comfortable. Very soundproof from others in complex. The island is so charming with so many great restaurants and shopping galore. Biking,tennis and walking are key here. Beach walking and shelling is awesome. Bike paths all thoughout the island. Ding Darlings is a must. Resting on the Beach or by the pool was so awsome. Overall a very restfull, peaceful and fun galore vacation. I recommend the condo and island highly. Must visit Captiva while on the island, however we did prefer staying where we were. Much closer to everything. The location is very central to everything and the view amazing. We have a new family tradition and destination.
Owner response:As an interior designer, I take great pride in offering our guests an amenities filled vacation. We don't think about our condo like a rental -- but rather as our second home. IWe want to be surrounded by beauty both inside and out. On the outside -- Pointe Santo is certainly the nicest complex on the island. The landscaping and grounds are lush and tropical. The beach is superb. High end furnishings, designer fabrics, the latest in electronics and appliances create a splendid interior. A week in paradise should look, feel and Be Paradise! Look elsewhere for mediocrity!

LOVED IT!!!!! This condo is by far the best that we have EVER stayed in! The weather was rough for most of the week..storming and raining, but, we were able to spend the "much needed" time together as a family! AND RELAX!! Everything is well kept and clean! As soon as we opened the door, we felt "at home." Unlike other condos of the past, I would not hesitate to recommend this condo to any of my friends! The owners have done an excellent job! I appreciate them being willing to share the property with me and my family! All of my family commented to me how they thought I'd "hit a home run" with this one, and that they wanted to come back and stay in this condo..(They have never said that before)...that made me feel good! The photos for this condo are very accurate in relaying how the condo is decorated..I do, however believe there is a new sofa and loveseat in the living room...they are very nice and comfortable as well! We ate in the condo for every meal except for one...I do wish that there were more "storage containers with lids" for leftovers, and for things prepared ahead of time...we made do with aluminum foil...and that was okay...that was "no biggie"... all of the important stuff was taken care of! :0) This condo, bar none...provided the most relaxing, comfortable, stress-free, atmosphere that we have ever had on a vacation! We do plan to return!!! I don't feel that I can do this condo or it's owners justice by the words that I write...but rest assured, this is a true treasue!

It's nice to walk into a beautifully maintained condo in Sanibel. The pictures don't do it justice. My wife and two children fell in love with the condo. It overlooks the water and it's pretty cool when you get to see dolphins every morning from the balcony. We would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants a relaxing vacation. It's totally remodelled. The price was fair as well. Loved it! We will be back.

I had a wonderful time staying in this condo, and so did all of my friends and family! I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a comfortable, wonderfully decorated home away from home! Next time I vacation to Sanibel I definitely will be staying here again! Thank you for making my vacation all the more amazing!
