This magnificent 6,500 sq ft lodge home, with separate guest cottage and its own private tennis court, sits on a sprawling 1.1 acre and is approachable via private gate and drive. Nestled between the 7th and 8th fairways on the Meadows course, guests can enjoy the view of the golf course or Mt. Bachelor from one of the many furnished outdoor decks surrounding the property, including one off each bedroom. For a game of tennis, with your own court there’s no need to worry about booking times and schedules -- play at your leisure or watch the action from one of the decks or the spacious lawn.
10 Fairway is the perfect home for entertaining. Two dining rooms each with seating for 8 – an informal one in the kitchen for casual dining (which has additional seating for 4 in the breakfast nook) and a separate more formal dining room with wood-burning stone fireplace and wet-bar. With Sunriver’s beautiful weather, make use of the stainless steel gas BBQ and entertain on the spacious main deck, overlooking the 8th hole, with seating for 20+.
From the great room – with its family game table, lodge-style reading chairs, and overstuffed leather sofas -- gaze at Mt. Bachelor, while watching play on the 8th hole. Or admire the great room’s 25-foot vaulted wood-beam ceiling and massive wood-burning stone fireplace, while watching a game on the large flat screen LCD and DVD/stereo system.
10 Fairway has one king size master bedroom downstairs and two kings and one queen size master bedroom upstairs (queen bedroom has a wood-burning fireplace), all suites with attached bathrooms. Children will find plenty of space to play and sleep in their own upstairs den, with an adjacent bathroom, complete with entertainment area (TV/DVD) and loft with twin bunks.
The 800 sq ft guest cottage has a king size bed and a day bed with trundle. Guests will appreciate its nicely appointed kitchenette with a table that seats four. Perfect for in-laws, a young family that needs a little extra space, or a guest who just wants extra privacy.
While offering the seclusion of a private estate, this home is only a few minutes walk or bike ride to the Lodge, Sunriver conference facilities, and Sage Springs Club & Spa, and just a few minutes more to the new SHARC Aquatic Center and the Village Mall.

Their guest care encompasses Front Desk (check-in and registration), Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Concierge Services. As a central point of contact, the Front Desk team is available 24/7 to address your requests and inquiries. Extra, even daily, Housekeeping services can be arranged (at an additional cost). In the unlikely event a maintenance issue arises, an on-call Maintenance team will be dispatched. You will have a personal concierge service at no additional charge. The resort concierge will offer all the advice you need during your stay, from the best restaurants to the most unique day trips and activities Sunriver has to offer. The bottom line is you get VRBO rates with the peace of mind of an excellent local guest services team.
