The townhome has been totally remodeled and boasts all of the amenities you would expect from a luxury home in the U.S.A. or CANADA, but with all of the color and ambiance of beautiful Mexico!

Park under the covered space next to the blooming bouganvillia, and walk into the foyer. You will find the Living Room, Dining room, Kitchen, Powder Room and Patio to the OCEAN on the first floor.
Go up one flight and you will come to the sitting room/TV area, two bedrooms with queen beds, second bathroom, washer and dryer hidden behind the folding door. There is also a balcony which faces to the front. Both bedrooms have FULL OCEAN VIEWS!
One more flight up takes you to the breathtaking MASTER SUITE with it's own balcony overlooking the gardens and OCEAN. The Master bath has a full walk in shower, so no more wet floors to worry about.
IMAGINE, sitting on your PRIVATE BEDROOM BALCONY, enjoying coffee in the morning while watching the OCEAN roll by, or dining on your lovely PATIO facing the LUSH GREEN GARDENS, SPARKLING BLUE POOLS, and PACIFIC OCEAN. There is even a separate pool for the kiddies!
The COCONUT palms bear fruit constantly, so be sure to ask our friendly gardener to open one for you! Gorgeous BLOOMING BOUGAINVILLEAS are home to many birds that will sing to you in the morning, while the sounds of the SURF will lull you to sleep each night.
The famous Mazatlan SUNSETS are a special gift, especially when viewed from our SEA WALL with a good glass of wine or favorite drink in hand.
Besides the HUGE POOL, there is a tiled roof PALAPA looking out to the BEACH & SEA, where you can quietly enjoy the books you have always wanted to read. WE EVEN SUPPLY BEACH TOWELS, all you need is your bathing suit.
There are several large supermarkets plus SAM'S CLUB, and WAL/MART which can be easily reached by bus or Pulmonia/taxi.
Across the street is a Convenience Store and very excellent TACO STAND.
Swim, sunbathe, go golfing on one of many well groomed courses nearby, or feel the rush and excitement of catching the "big one" with a private deep sea charter. Fish from the shore, surf the waves, play on a boogie board, ride a horse on the beach, hike to the top of the lighthouse, stroll around the historic Plaza Machado, catch a first run movie, visit the colorful local "mercado" and walk around Centro. These are just a few of the many options open to you.

About the owner: We first found Mazatlan while on a cruise. Fell in love with the people, soft warm air, gorgeous blue ocean, sandy clean beaches, and fabulous restaurants. After 25 years in the big city raising our children, followed by 20 years in snow country, we found this to be our true paradise. We want to share our home and favorite place with you!
Why the Owner Chose Mazatlan:
This is our second home. We love entertaining our friends here. The ocean just outside our door is a joy, and place for relaxation and sun.
Our home is located in a SAFE, SECURE, and FRIENDLY, GATED COMMUNITY.
Very close by are several excellent restaurants, resort hotels, and shopping.
We find the hours spent walking the beach or just watching the surf are good for the body as well as the soul. Mazatlan is special, the place is special, the people are warm and friendly, and the surroundings are spectacular.
