Drive up parking space can accommodate 2-3 cars. Short stairs up bring you to a one-level condo. Entire space is just under 2000 sq.feet. Skylights welcome you. Views are all rooms. Both bathrooms have separate vanities with twin sinks. The large, relaxing gas fireplace is instantly warm and beautiful to watch.
A wonderful feature is that the grocery store,video store,coffee shop (in summer) and dining are just a short walk from the door! The best sandwiches on the Lake are available for your picnics!
Minutes to Tahoe City, Squaw Valley and Alpine Meadows fabulous restaurants and shopping-or drive the other direction to exquisite Sugar Pine Point, Emerald Bay, and the excitement of South Shore casinos.
Spring and summer enjoy endless hiking, biking and rock climbing. Sailing and swimming are close. The sandy beach and grounds are beautifully maintained and secure. Spring and Fall are particularly delightful, as the weather is crisp, comfortable and very quiet.
The winter brings skiing, sledding, snowshoeing and cozy relaxation by the fire. The driveway is plowed all winter long. (Although we sometimes sled along the steep areas). The amount of recreation you pursue is limited only by how much sleep you need.
This is 'the Tahoe of granite and centuries-old cedars,cobalt-blue bays, wilderness areas, wildflower-covered meadows and snow capped peaks...where the great outdoors and wildlife are right outside the door'--Magical West Shore.

Our family stayed at this lovely lakeside condo for 5 glorious days this September. Such a warm comfortable location with beautiful views of the lake from the main living area and the deck. We enjoyed gorgous sunrises and warm evenings bbq-ing on the deck. The dock and beach are just a very short walk from the front door. We had a very active 5 days cycling, hiking and generally having fun, What a perfect location to base out of for the multitude of all season recreational activities at Lake Tahoe. Bill and Lynn were very attentive to make sure that our stay was perfect, which it was!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children.

Our family stayed here for a week and found this cozy home to be just what we had hoped for. Breakfast on the deck overlooking the lake, the beach a very short walk away, and everything we needed for a very special family gathering. The location couldn't be better, and Lynn and Bill couldn't have been more welcoming and accommodating. We are already looking forward to our next stay.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, families with young children.

Upon arriving (to 8 feet of fresh snow!) the kids didn't even make it inside the front door before spying the perfect sledding hill. It was so easy to unload with the parking right at the entrance. We entered into a home full of loving memories and great times as evidenced by photos and memorabilia. It was so welcoming, we all experienced an instant level of comfort and relaxation. We immediately turned on the beautiful fireplace, opened all of the blinds and a bottle of wine and enjoyed the incredible view of the lake. We had the pleasure of meeting the owner, who could not have been more gracious. It was wonderful to hear a few stories of their times at the lake. We spent the next few days relaxing, playing games, playing in the snow and feeling like we could stay there forever. Our last hours were spent discussing when we'll be back! Thank you Lynn and Bill for sharing a "slice of your life" with us. A group of us intrepid hikers had occasion to stay at this lovely, lakefront home. The home is spacious, yet comfy-cozy and equipped with every amenity necessary to enjoy a relaxing weekend - or week - skiing, hiking swimming, boating or just relaxing on the deck and marveling at the incredible beauty of Lake Tahoe. The sunsets observed from the deck are spectacular.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.

From the moment we drove up and saw the glimmer of the aquamarine blue waters of the lake in the near distance, to the time we (sadly) departed and said a temporary "good-bye," we were cozily embraced by the homey feel of this wonderful place! We thoroughly enjoyed time spent on the dock (within a 2 minute walk), with it's serene view of all of North Lake Tahoe, as well as the spacious deck we shared many conversations on; we are hooked! The living area and kitchen are so open and easy to relax in, whether watching a movie on the big-screen tv or playing games by the warmth of the fire, we felt right at home... The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, not missing a thing! Everything in the condo was easy to find, neat and felt like it has witness a few generations of loving family experiences!! It was also very handy that we were within a short walk to the market, which was well stocked for those last-minute needs! Everyone was friendly and kind. Thank you for opening your home to us and allowing us to spend a fantastic weekend there... My family has stayed at this property several times over the years. I am so happy to give an enthusiastic recommendation. We have enjoyed winter sports at Homewood and love that we are just minutes away. The fire is warm in an instant and we settle in to TV and games-or sit at the game table and play dominoes. All the beds are so comfortable and we love all the family touches. About the owner: This condomium has been in our family for over 40 years. Many,many happy times have been shared for holidays, vacations and family reunions. We have just recently chosen to share this home and 'our' view of the Lake with other friends and family. It is our treasure and our joy to introduce you to this magical place.
Why the Owner Chose Tahoma:
Our parents choose Tahoma for it lovely setting on the West Shore and the unique combination of privacy and beauty. It is close to Tahoe's most spectacular natural and historic attractions. It was a destination to come to relax, explore and laugh and remains that today.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
There is no better place in the world to relax with a glass of wine. The space is very comfortable, private and accessible. The 2-3 space parking is unique and the wrap around deck provides access to view of the pool and the Lake. The common areas are beautifully designed and managed and maintenance free for owners and guests. The lovely beach is accessible, clean and safe. We find that with a cup of coffee in the morning and a stroll to the pier, the whole world opens. The only question becomes how to spend each precious day.
