Modern Two-bedroom two-bath block constructed home 3 minutes from town in car or 15 minutes walking.
One large bedroom with private full bath and second smaller bedroom plus second full bath in main room of the home. Also bunk bed, enclosed front porch and use of washing machine and clothes line to dry. You supply detergent.
The main room of the house is open plan with good sized kitchen, large dining table that seats six. Sliding glass door and windows with fantastic view of the mountains in front across the valley. Lots of interior and exterior lighting.
Uncovered parking right in front.

The house is off the main road 75 feet. Another residence is next door where the owner lives and has an office. There are three other units but they are down below the level of this house. There is some minor road noise.
Owner is on site and provides maps, local coupons, and info on local activities and things to do and where to shop and eat. With the kitchen you can make meals in the house and save money on food costs.

About the owner: Owner lives on site and is very helpful and knowledgeable about activities in Monteverde and will be happy to set up guided tours, give advice on local activities and even coupons for some area restaurants and some activities. Personal service is included but will also respect your privacy.
