  This is our second visit to Marco Island, but the first in your condo. We have loved staying here. The condo is so well equipped, the bed so comfortable and sitting on the terrace with a drink watching the sunrise is perfect. We have enjoyed using the barbecue by the pool and sitting out eating down there. It was great being able to eat out at the restaurants or being able to choose to eat in. We would highly recommend the Capri Fish House restaurant. The food was great and the views are super.

  We LOVED your condo!! We are temporary Floridians from Texas and came to Marco Island from Miami as a last minute Labor Day trip. Your view is amazing and so relaxing. We enjoyed having our coffee and juice out on the balcony each morning, and we took advantage of the gas grill for dinner. The beach was spectacular and offered TONS of shells (much to our 3-year-old’s delight!). With the easy beach access we were able to go back and forth from the pool to the beach with the greatest of ease. We could even see our chairs and umbrella from the room! Our kids (6 & 3) enjoyed sleeping on the pullout couch each night after watching the sunset on the beach. Overall, our first visit to Marco was amazing and we will definitely be back. Thanks for the condo and for the memories!

  WOW! Words just don’t express the joy & happiness we shared during our stay. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful condo with us. The family has truly enjoyed our stay. We came for a wedding and almost re-married each other lol. What a great place to find peace & serenity in just a day or two. We would definitely put “Marco Island” on our vacation spot for revisit – we will be in touch ! :) ! May God bless you.

  I enjoyed my stay! The condo was perfect! The beach chair & towels were very handy. I added a chair umbrella. The beach is beautiful & looking for shells is a great, relaxing activity along the beach. Check out the watersports – I tried parasailing for the first time and it was a kick! Wonderful local restaurants and a small movie theater close by. Weather was hot! Around 90 degrees, but that’s why the beach is perfect. Thanks for having a place so “homey”

  Thank you for making this a wonderful visit in such a lovely place. This was our first family vacation with our 10-month old daughter Luna. The weather was great, the ocean is beautiful, and we were mesmerized by the clean soft sand and innumerable beautiful shells. We will be back, there is no doubt and the week here was more than we could have hoped for. This location has everything the expensive resort across the street has to offer with much less crowds and cost. Enjoy every minute.

  What a special week we’ve had to celebrate 15 years of marriage! It took a few days worth of unwinding so it was great to have such a comfortable, clean, and picturesque hideaway. Mornings on the lanai with a cup of tea, coffee, a good book, and my wife have been a highlight. We spent a few hours each afternoon on the beach, so the towels, chairs, umbrella, and *path* were perfect. We collected plenty of shells, walked a bit, and enjoyed each other’s company. It’s been a great memory to make. Thank you!

  Hello Kanes, Just a note to say we felt so comfortable in your condo. It was bright and the blue color soothing. We appreciated the grill and grilled out 2x during our 2 wk stay over Easter. I noticed your books in the bedroom, some of which I have ie NKJ Bible. I saw your prayer list in the Bible and we prayed for them too. We have been coming to Marco intermittently for 14 yrs for short periods in the winter when my married daughter and her family can come. They were here this yr staying up at Cape Marco with her husb’s parents, so we were bath & forth and had a wonderful time. Thanks again.

  Kanes, Again, we enjoyed your condo. The wireless internet is a great addition! That, combined with a new computer I purchased this past December, made e-mailing and reading home-town papers speedy. This had to be our best stay in Florida. The weather was perfect and abundant friends made it very enjoyable. Please accept our gift of the "Marco Island Cooking Secrets." There are too many excellent restaurants on the island to be used very often by you and your guests, but someone may find it useful.

  My daughter and I just returned home from a wonderful 8 days on Marco Island. The condo was honestly better than expected and the pictures, while great, don't do it justice! We found everything we needed to feel safe, comfortable and at home. The ocean view is lovely and the stretch of beach right across the street even better. The property's representative was professional and there if we had a question or request. My daughter became ill towards the end of the vacation and she really helped us out with our departure time. She also suggested a great restaurant our first night, which we ended up eating at twice! The property owner was always warm and caring in our communications. You really will be hard pressed to find a better unit, view and price so close to the ocean. Very quiet, which was heavenly. We'd recommend and will return to this unit should we visit Marco again. The time went by much too quickly! One suggestion- get one of the free Marco Island magazines as soon as you arrive, we wish we'd gotten this sooner. Many coupons and suggestions for things to do. The Everglades is close, as is Miami. But just resting in the adorable condo is reason enough to go. Thank you for sharing your condo with us!

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

  We had a great time staying in this condo. The location is great and the condo is very nice and comfortable. We had everything we needed and enjoyed our two weeks on Marco Island. I would highly recommend this to my family and friends. The beach is beautiful and great for collecting shells. We hope to be back again soon.

  Recommended for: Age 55+.
