Enjoy gorgeous sunsets, and great shelling on the sandy white beach of Marco Island. This non-smoking one bedroom Condominium is on the fifth floor and is conveniently located across the street from the Marriott Hotel which has several fine restaurants, a coffee bar, and other amenities available. The new Marco Island Beach Path is in front of our building and provides FREE direct access to the entire beach area; the other two beach parking lots are $8.00 per day, so stay in our unit and save your money!
Gorgeous sunset and ocean views are to be seen from this large, (800 square foot) completely furnished unit. Other features include all new kitchen cabinets and appliances, tiled floors and an open balcony. LCD TVs with cable and free wireless broadband internet access (wifi) are provided to keep you entertained during your time in the condo as well.
While on Marco Island you'll enjoy collecting shells and watching for dolphins during your wonderful strolls along the four mile beach. Quaint shops, wonderful restaurants, a movie theater, and grocery stores are all right on the island.
Championship golf is just minutes away. The boutiques and restaurants of Naples are just 20 minutes away. Boating, water sports, and fishing excursions are all available at the beach.
If you are flying to Marco Island, the Marco Island Airport (MKY) is just four miles away. Naples (APF) is 15 miles and Ft Myers (RSW) is 40 miles. Rental cars are available at all locations.

Almost Beachfront for Less -Ocean & Sunset Views-Near Marriott
To the South is South Beach, which has free public access and a pay parking lot. To the north is the white crescent of sand known as Tigertail Beach. Walk out to the very tip and collect some shells!
Wake up in the morning and walk across the street to the Mariott Beach Resort and enjoy a barista-created gourmet coffee or sweet treat at the resort's coffee shop. There are other shops to explore in the manacured resort as well. In our experience, the staff is as exotic as the coffees, coming from Kenya, England and abroad.

My daughter and I just returned home from a wonderful 8 days on Marco Island. The condo was honestly better than expected and the pictures, while great, don't do it justice! We found everything we needed to feel safe, comfortable and at home. The ocean view is lovely and the stretch of beach right across the street even better. The property's representative was professional and there if we had a question or request. My daughter became ill towards the end of the vacation and she really helped us out with our departure time. She also suggested a great restaurant our first night, which we ended up eating at twice! The property owner was always warm and caring in our communications. You really will be hard pressed to find a better unit, view and price so close to the ocean. Very quiet, which was heavenly. We'd recommend and will return to this unit should we visit Marco again. The time went by much too quickly! One suggestion- get one of the free Marco Island magazines as soon as you arrive, we wish we'd gotten this sooner. Many coupons and suggestions for things to do. The Everglades is close, as is Miami. But just resting in the adorable condo is reason enough to go. Thank you for sharing your condo with us!

We had a great time staying in this condo. The location is great and the condo is very nice and comfortable. We had everything we needed and enjoyed our two weeks on Marco Island. I would highly recommend this to my family and friends. The beach is beautiful and great for collecting shells. We hope to be back again soon.

Location, Location, Location. What a great place. Your condo was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Wished we could have stayed longer. The beach across the street was one easy task to get to the beach. The sunsets were breathtaking. I would highly recommend this place. Thanks again for a great place. We'll be back.

This was my wife and my second stay in your excellent condo. It was even better than the first since we know the island better now! The condo itself is just teriffic! It's clean and roomy, well-appointed, and has absolutely beautiful views from the lanai, day and night. The cable TV provided plenty of entertainment in the evenings, and the free beach path that put us right in the middle of Marco Island's white sand beach is unbeatable; the free path is even better located than the $8 parking lots which are towards the ends of the beach! We ate at Quinns on the Beach this time around which is a really neat experience too - watching the wild birds snatch french fries away from unsuspecting diners was hilarious. Overall, it was just a lot of fun, and your condo was central to everything we did. Thanks again - we're already thinking about it for next year if it's available!

We have had the best spring break. Your condo is perfect. Our young sons enjoyed their own suite (pull out couch). The views and location are amazing. We have enjoyed meeting so many nice residents at San Marco. It really is a slice of paradise. Thanks so much for sharing.

We loved spending our anniversary vacation here! The view from the lanai is beautiful and the location in central to all of our beachy activities. After our "fun in sun" adventures, the condo was a great place to nap in through the rainy afternoons. :) We hope to visit again soon and explore more of the area.
