A Wonderful First Experience on Marco!

My daughter and I just returned home from a wonderful 8 days on Marco Island. The condo was honestly better than expected and the pictures, while great, don't do it justice! We found everything we needed to feel safe, comfortable and at home. The ocean view is lovely and the stretch of beach right across the street even better. The property's representative was professional and there if we had a question or request. My daughter became ill towards the end of the vacation and she really helped us out with our departure time. She also suggested a great restaurant our first night, which we ended up eating at twice! The property owner was always warm and caring in our communications. You really will be hard pressed to find a better unit, view and price so close to the ocean. Very quiet, which was heavenly. We'd recommend and will return to this unit should we visit Marco again. The time went by much too quickly! One suggestion- get one of the free Marco Island magazines as soon as you arrive, we wish we'd gotten this sooner. Many coupons and suggestions for things to do. The Everglades is close, as is Miami. But just resting in the adorable condo is reason enough to go. Thank you for sharing your condo with us!

We had a great time staying in this condo. The location is great and the condo is very nice and comfortable. We had everything we needed and enjoyed our two weeks on Marco Island. I would highly recommend this to my family and friends. The beach is beautiful and great for collecting shells. We hope to be back again soon.

Location, Location, Location. What a great place. Your condo was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Wished we could have stayed longer. The beach across the street was one easy task to get to the beach. The sunsets were breathtaking. I would highly recommend this place. Thanks again for a great place. We'll be back.

This was my wife and my second stay in your excellent condo. It was even better than the first since we know the island better now! The condo itself is just teriffic! It's clean and roomy, well-appointed, and has absolutely beautiful views from the lanai, day and night. The cable TV provided plenty of entertainment in the evenings, and the free beach path that put us right in the middle of Marco Island's white sand beach is unbeatable; the free path is even better located than the $8 parking lots which are towards the ends of the beach! We ate at Quinns on the Beach this time around which is a really neat experience too - watching the wild birds snatch french fries away from unsuspecting diners was hilarious. Overall, it was just a lot of fun, and your condo was central to everything we did. Thanks again - we're already thinking about it for next year if it's available!

We have had the best spring break. Your condo is perfect. Our young sons enjoyed their own suite (pull out couch). The views and location are amazing. We have enjoyed meeting so many nice residents at San Marco. It really is a slice of paradise. Thanks so much for sharing.

Mr. and Mrs. Kane, For the second year in a row we have had a terrific vacation on marco Island. Walking, golfing, shopping, and trying various restaurants have all been very enjoyable activities here. We loved spending our anniversary vacation here! The view from the lanai is beautiful and the location in central to all of our beachy activities. After our "fun in sun" adventures, the condo was a great place to nap in through the rainy afternoons. :) We hope to visit again soon and explore more of the area. Your home is so beautiful and the views from the balcony left us speechless. The residents and other renters here were so kind and helpful with tips & recommendations. The past nine days were relaxing, breath taking, and will forever be our "best" vacation ever! Arriving from an unpleasant winter in Boston, Marco Island (once again) seemed like Heaven. The condo was a pleasant surprise - very clean, well equipped, and in the center of our activities. (Brother and sister-in-law at Cape Marco) All the other renters and owners are both friendly and helpful. Hopefully we shall return again and again.

This has been our best trip to Florida ever. My husband and I are here on our honeymoon. This is our first time to Marco Island, what a beautiful island. We loved your condo! We have always rented next door - 503 - but Mary sold it. We loved the tile - easy to clean and the decor. Our weather has been superb except for one rainy day on Friday. Hopefully, when we return next March, the beach access walkway will be completed - we're right across from it! From the owner - The beach access walkway has since been completed and is available for free to those who stay in our unit!
