  We had a great stay here and the condo had everything we needed. The location was perfect and had all amenities within walking distance. There are two pools at the property and the one at the club house was perfect! The owners and their daughter are very approachable and were available to answer questions for me at a moments notice. We will be back again. THANKS

  We enjoyed our stay in the Phoenix area and being at this condo and location was a large part of that. The unit was just as advertised and close (within walking) of shops, banks and the local library. We recommend. (the third floor location was fine for us, but some might have trouble with stairs)

  property was as advertised. location was even more convenient, with two grocery stores plus trader joe's with a block. car rental was two blocks away. local transit shuttle was free and hooked up to phoenix transit was easy. many restaurants within a 10 min walk. condo complex was clean and quiet. would stay again.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car.

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The unit is cozy and clean and the location can't be beat. The owners and their daughter were wonderful! We have already recommended this unit to friends who are booked to stay there.

  We were more than pleased with our choice of this beautiful condo for our winter getaway. It was like staying in a resort suite with all the comforts of home. The condo was decorated so professionally and included many amenities like plush towels, and generous closet space. We loved walking around the property and neighborhood as well as reading by the pool. Our favorite restaurant was Secreto on Chandler Blvd. We especially appreciated how easy and pleasant it was to communicate with the owner and manager. They made sure we were knowedgeable about everything and all our needs were addressed. Would definitely return if we have the opportunity.

  We had a wonderful two week stay in this comfortable condominium situated in a beautifully maintained and safe complex. The location is very convenient to highways, outdoor activities, shopping and dining. Bob and Laura are wonderful to deal with and answer any emails in a matter of minutes! Thoroughly recommend this property to anyone contemplating a vacation or visit to the Phoenix/Scottsdale area. Be sure to try the restaurants surrounding the Chandler Fashion Centre:they are outstanding

  Bob and Laura's condo was exactly as described and Portofino has everything you could possibly need close by - Love Trader Joes! and Jenn could not have been more helpful. I had a fantastic time and will be back again for sure - in fact back in February but your unit was all booked up already.. :( thanks so much again!

  Property was very accurately presented per photos of condo and description of location. We were very pleased with the condition of the condo (nicely decorated) and the location (great neighborhood). The owners (Bob & Laura) were easy to contact and very easy to work with answering any questions. We will consider renting on any future trip to Phoenix..

  We stayed from April1-8th 2011. This place was very comfortable and definately served our needs. It was very cozy and the layout and amenities were describe accurately. There were no surprises, and it was very homey. We particularily liked the idea that we could go for a comfortable stroll in the evenings in some of the nearby neighborhoods and that there we also sorts of amenities just across the road and all within a comfortable walking distance. We would recomend it to anyone, and the owners were very accomodating. Bill & Elaine

  The Portofino condo was a perfect size for us. The owners were very accomodating and we felt instantly at home. The complex has a nice, big pool (along with some smaller ones) and a work out room. Everything is kept clean and in good repair. Especially enjoyed the proximity to the lakes and to the South Mountain trail heads. The proximity to restaurants was also great as there were Italian, Thai and Mexican choices close by that turned out to have excellent food. We all agreed that we had a great vacation at this condo!
