Welcome to Wellington House, on the edge of Wellington Village, your home away from home. This charming 3 bedroom home has a large bright living room, and a high vaulted ceiling, with large windows on three sides offering views of West Lake. The modern spacious kitchen offers many cupboards as well as a breakfast nook.
Wellington House is less than a ten minute walk to the Millennium trail, is centrally located to many of the local wineries and great restaurants, and is also halfway between the beaches of Sandbanks and North Beach. In addition, there is a large yard, with plenty of space for your children to play.
If you're looking for adventure, you can tour the local wineries, spend the day at one of the local beaches or spas, shop and browse in the boutiques, artisan and antique shops, dine out at a fine restaurant or pub, play a round of golf, tour the County on bicycle, explore West Lake by kayak, try your luck at fishing, or check out the local farm markets.
Why not take to the water for diving, canoeing, sailing, rowing, windsurfing, wakeboarding, and fishing or explore the rich Loyalist heritage and discover why this is home to so many talented artists and photographers? Spacious sunken living room with seating for 8, satellite, Projection TV with VCR and DVD player, CD player stereo/radio. Also includes a ceiling fan for warm evenings and a cozy corner electric fireplace for cool evenings
The den has a double sofa bed and a privacy door for sleeping. Additional TV/VCR/DVD player in the den (no satellite - movie watching only), with IPod input to the stereo system. A large number of VHS tapes are provided
Large extended deck with see through side and glass facing the lake (south). Picnic table and large maple trees on the West side offer mid to late afternoon shade. A two person Bistro set at the main door. The deck is equipped with a large glass top table with 6 primary comfortable seating plus two additional fold out chairs for the 8 guest total.

About: We enjoy getting away for the weekend and longer holiday get away periods. We had visited Prince Edward County numerous times over 5 years and really took to it. It is very scenic, the people are friendly and pleasant and their style is relaxing. The quaint towns of Bloomfield and Wellington are nearby with shops and restaurants. The large City of Belleville is 25 mins north while other communities and wineries, restaurants, shops are conveniently nearby in local towns or rural settings.
We are right off the Loyalist Parkway which follows the coast of Lake Ontario. The multitude of water and scenic views, wineries, restaurants, Glenora Ferry, are all areas of interest. Not to mention the famous Sandbanks Dunes nearby.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
Spacious lot with bright living room and open concept and view from the kitchen down beyond the dining room. Close to the towns grocery, LCBO, restaurants and local Winery. Coolest area in the County with a nice breeze.
