This charming house is located within a gated campground on Lake Ossipee.
During the summer months we offer 2 private beaches within the campground, activities on the weekends, dock space, camp store and marina close to many hiking trails, golf courses and shopping outlets.
During the winter we are on a major groomed snowmobile trail that connects to all state corridor trails. We have activities on selected weekends and are close to skiing and shopping outlets.
With this rental you also have access to the gym and indoor swimming pool at a local hotel. The hotel and McDonalds offer wifi access.

I am happy to write this review.We recently stayed at this house. When I opened the door,1st things I noticed, was the great layout, the hardwood floors and it was clean. The first floor is very open w/ large living room which includes flat screen t.v,an electric fireplace, which was great for atmosphere and also warmth.. The kitchen is fully applianced & also has a washer & dryer (great to have), a oversized wooden table,and plenty of room overall.. between both areas . The upstairs consists of 3 Bedrooms/ 1 master room w/ bathroom attached/ and the other 2 are both a good size. There also is plenty of closet space. At the top of the stairs, there is a big closet w/ shelves. It is great for sheets, blankets, towels and lots more... House is located in a gated village. You have access to Ossippee lake. If you like snowmobiling, trails are right here for you to ride. Located approx. 25 minutes from N. Conway. Which has some of the best skiing around, and shopping!! And in the summer, what more could you ask for, but to be right at the lake. There are 2 beaches to relax on. A store at the marina, which has a little of everything.. food,drinks, ice cream, and some supplies... There is a slip for you to put your boat right in and off you go.... Not to mention the scenery of the lake and the mountains behind it/ winter or summer!!! The house is great for a big family or to share. We had 9 adults and 3 children and there was plenty of space for all of us. Would rent it again. We love it here! We vacation here during the summer and it was our 1st winter stay. We had a great time.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children.
