Watch out for others who say "Short walk to the beach". We are 200 yards from the beach in the ocean front section called 'Holiday Inn'. If they are not in the Holiday Inn section, they are not a short walk to the beach. You do not need to rent a golf cart for house-to beach travel.

(Site 1173A) Vactaion side by side- we have completed a 5 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath (sleeps 13) home directly behind this one (Same builder, on its own lot), with all of the ammenities and craftsmanship that this house has. This new home has large upper (10x40) and lower (20x40) decking. The upstairs deck is accessible by 2 bedrooms. Very easy pull in/pull out, with ample room for 4 cars. Email for pictures.
**Both houses were completely booked by March for rental season. If you have checked the calendar and the week you want is booked, it means both houses are booked already.
We are on an oversized corner lot, with ample parking for up to four vehicles. No hassles pulling in and out of this property!
Come in and enjoy the privacy of the master bedroom. It has a large jacuzzi tub for relaxing in after a day at the beach with a separate stall shower, a queen size bed and an LCD flat screen TV/DVD that is wall mounted. Three bedrooms have queen size beds and 1 has an LCD flat screen TV/DVD that is wall mounted. The fifth bedroom is a modern open bedroom which has two full size beds and a TV/DVD player. Kids love to hang out in this room and watch tv. Bring along your lap top, as we are wireless. There is a queen sofa-sleeper in the Great Room, hard wood floors and a TV/DVD/VCR. The upstairs bay window bath also has a jacuzzi tub and stall shower. All baths have granite countertops. Central air throughtout with ceiling fans in every room.
The kitchen has everything you will need for cooking and serving meals including a dishwasher, microwave, cofee pot, large griddle and Corian countertops. All cooking utensils included. Hard wood floors throughout first floor. There is a full size laundry room on the first floor with a washer/dryer.
An oversized deck wraps around three sides of the house and has a large outdoor table with cushioned chairs and a large picnic table. Charcoal grill.
No extra fee for holiday weeks/weekends.
This is a house that you will love to call "home" while you vacation.

Ocean Lakes is everything you could ask for in a family vacation. Located in South Myrtle Beach, 10 minutes from MB Airport, it has almost a mile of beach and is a gated community/resort with all the ammenities you will need. The recreation area has an Olympic-size outdoor pool, an indoor heated pool, a kiddie water play area with fountains and mounted squirt guns, 2 playgrounds, a snack shop that serves fast food and ice cream, shaded picnic areas, and lots of room for sunbathing. During the summer months, enjoy a 2 story water slide that is beach front.
Next to the pool is a huge recreation building where you will find scheduled activities for young and old alike (bingo,ceramics, arts and crafts, also free putt-putt and horseshoe tournaments). Here you can also get discount coupons for golf and many of the local attractions. In this area also is the new arcade with over 80 games. Have young kids and need a break from them? Enjoy Kids Kamp, a half day camp right at Ocean Lakes. There is a brand new grocery store and a gift shop for your everyday needs. Security is 24/7 and is strictly enforced.
