The grassy backyard is fenced in and features a two story illuminated swing set placed in a sand box. On the back deck sits a pergola with a sun shade, four lounge chairs and plenty of seating, perfect for outdoor entertaining. Open the two large back doors and let your children and guests come and go, knowing they are safe to play. Also featuring an outdoor fireplace to warm you up on chilly Summer nights, great for making S'mores! You can also enjoy the summer weather sitting on our covered front porch made with fine mahogany wood. Our kitchen is state of the art with professional stainless steel appliances with counter seating for 3, perfect for relaxing and watching the cook prepare a summer BBQ on a 5 burner professional BBQ grill. The first floor features a dining and living room, den with a flat screen tv,a junior master suite with private bath, perfect for a weekend visitor. The second floor features a convenient laundry closet with a brand new 2013 washer and dryer. The master suite with a King size bed and a newly renovated bathroom with an air tub and a 6 water jet custom shower. Child's room, perfect for a little girl or baby.
