  Nice place. Very clean and well maintained. Front bedroom was a little noisy but there is hardly any traffic late at night. Living area is on third floor so be perpared to get your excerise. Easy parking. We will stay here agin in future

  Thank you for sharing your very relaxing home with us. We had a great time relaxing inside on the comfortable furniture to sitting out on the balcony. It was great to be in Capitola and NOT have to find a parking space and just walk out your front door to enjoy all that Capitola offers. We hope to be back!

  We had a wonderful stay! Walking distance to downtown! We would certainly rent the unit again!! The unit was very clean and maintained.

  My family with two teenaged daughters enjoyed this quiet condo for 6 nights. Being in the heart of the village and close to the beach was perfect, and it was always fun just to people watch as folks walked by on the street three floors below. Every evening we took an after dinner walk to explore the neighborhood and to window shop. Early morning, I always found interesting places to bicycle while the girls slept in: Santa Cruz, Aptos, Soquel. The museum two doors away was a nice find, as was Gayle’s Bakery just up the road. We liked that shopping was not far away either. Great location, well maintained, nice kitchen and laundry...thanks for the Capitola Escape!

  We had a wonderful, relaxing Christmas vacation in the condo. It was cozy and comfortable and had everything we needed. Everyday dawned bright and sunny! We just left (9:00 am) and are returning to the frozen north state. :( Thank you,

  My girlfriends and I rented this for the weekend, and it was perfect. Although it does not have a view of the ocean, it is within walking distance to everywhere. We enjoyed it and would go back in a minute.

  My girlfriends and I stayed here for 2 nights and had a fabulous time! The location is perfect for a little walk to the beach, to grab a bit at the famous Pizza My Heart or to the shops. We cooked a few meals in the adequately stocked kitchen and ate a very nice dinner at the Grill on the water (can't remember the name). The rooms are nicely decorated and the beds are very comfy. The pull out coach mattress could stand to be replaced though. We all had such a great time and would love to return again.

  What a treat! As one who has always stayed at hotels, I was thrilled by the gorgeous condo just blocks from the Capitola beach. It is spotless and bright, and appointed with all the little touches that make you feel like you are a guest, and not a stranger staying in somebody else's house. The photos on the listing don't do it justice, and it's location is ridiculously convenient. It's two precious parking spaces are priceless, and everything about this place was a win. We stayed with our young children, and it was perfect. Great floor plan with kitchen, bath, dining and living areas upstairs, and bedrooms and bath on the downstairs (entry) level. The sheets on the beds are luxurious hotel quality linens, and the towels, dishes and appliances were top notch...we couldn't have asked for a better place to call home for four days! We would definitely look forward to another getaway to this darling condo.

  This condo is perfect. You can park your car and leave it for the duration of the trip. You have everything you need in walking distance, including the beach! Other than the location, the set up is great, especially if you have children. The bedrooms are downstairs, so you can put the little ones to bed and have some adult time in the main living area. The condo was clean and cutely decorated. The porch was great too! It overlooks the street, so it is great fun to sit outside, enjoy the weather and people watch. I would definitely return!
